So new hybrid kernel that is posix compatible and uses the same syscalls as linux, use docker for isolation, build a modular ui and write management software in haskell (will cost performance, but not dramatically, but a competent dev will write very stable software) have a scheduler, that can use some cores in batch mode, allowing faster processing for some tasks, while suffering from intractability issues.

Have a floating and tiling window manager per default (i3 is probably the most userfriendly tiler)

Have ai as an opt in platform with own models local or hosted external.
