India is a country, not a race.

Well, more complicated than that but yeah.

Current india could be fixed by indians. Just like other places though, those in power are comfy and dont want it to change.

Early on, British colonization sortof put india in a position of taking on western styles, ideas, methods and 19th/20th century western technology. Then they up and left. Suddenly, indians were flush with western systems of living but we're left to figure out how to make it all work on their own. A poor nation for a long time, they didnt get much concessions from the modern world.

IMO Western systems, ideals and '1st world methods' were not entirely compatible with Indian culture and religion. Things fell apart.

Then the world leadership realized india would sell its soul and workforce for pennies on the dollar and so started manufacturing farms, low-wage labor and outsourced services across the globe. Indian leadership didnt give a shit and the social/caste systems helped them dehumanize their workforce like they were trading horses or cattle. Those in power profited and those starving would do anything for a nickel.

Fast forward 40 years. Here we are.

India could fix this, but its going to take a nation, not a few leaders.

This only demonstrates a distrust of the system, not destruction of evidence they cannot prove existed or did not exist in the first place.

That could be a defense. The phones owner doesnt know what they are looking for thus cannot be accused of destroying it. They are simply ensuring their privacy is protected.

Otherwise it could be argued that simply using a spare 'burner phone' when traveling instead of your main smartphone is intent to conceal or withhold evidence of .. .whatever.

Dont bother, this comment branch is dry and formulaic. Probably MS employees going "humph" and typing some snarky worthless words in to dismiss your point. Your post said "2025 sucks" and provides a lot of evidence and links. Even if these haters are right and you didnt provide much in your post, they arent refuting thousands of others who are also having problems.
