It’s not a mockup, it's a fully functional web page coded from scratch using HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. I'm a beginner practicing my frontend logic. If you don't like the design, that's fine, but don't disrespect the actual code behind it.

Thanks for the input. I kept the layout minimal because I'm aiming for a cyberpunk theme. I actually just added real content and code snippets to test readability, and it balances out the glow nicely.
