Sylvias bakery on Cass avenue north from the 55 exit is great. Sylvia is hilarious and very friendly, and the donuts are bomb

Good thing we got rid of those darn employed custodians so we can overpay contractors to do a worse job.

I'm an arborist for a university campus within the city.

Lemont gets its water from an underground aquifer which runs from Wisconsin down further south. The municipal wells are pumped up from over a thousand feet into the ground.

More pictures of your polite cat please.

The question was about Android tablets, not Chromebooks. I'm not talking about ram or the specific hardware, I'm describing my experience with the software.

Dude, try going to a party as the person who doesn't drink and get back to me. I've had ex gfs hallucinate judgmental comments I never spoke. I've been completely abandoned from any sort of invites. People will inherently feel very self conscious regardless of your attitude or behavior. Simply not drinking is more than enough.

If they're only removing dead branches, they wouldn't be over pruning. Why is the tree developing so many dead branches?

True, but the bar isn't a g logo. It didn't represent the brand the same way the Macintosh logo does.

I don't have a Google book, but I can say after using a few different android tablets as a desktop pc device, they are not the same. Everything in android works really weird and inconsistent when connecting a mouse and keyboard. Things like missed key strokes, cursor jumping around, pages and apps scrolling really weirdly with the mouse wheel, etc. I'd end up spending half my time battling the interface rather than actually getting anything done.

The only serious answer.

A registered sex offender you say? You can set your watch to how often these guys are.

Probably the houthis attacking pipelines, which isn't technically due to the Iran conflict but certainly linked in one way or another.

It irks me when I hear people talk about how the world "shut down" during that time and they had to stay home. I was working 3 jobs at the time trying to stay financially afloat, all of which didn't allow the luxury of working from home in pajama pants. Nothing shut down for me, just my will to live.

There's definitely value in having it, so I don't think it needs to be so heavily limited like that. The bigger issue is how every web service you use now performs an AI search or summary in parallel without ever asking for it. Implementing it on a mass scale like that is going to skyrocket resource use.

It's pretty convenient for me. I step off the train at 35th and I'm literally at work. The train ride is about 28 minutes and I do drive about 25-35 to get to the station. I wish I lived close enough to get to the station with an electric scooter or something.

Dryer weather and cool temps make for best fall color. We've has a very wet summer and a warm dry fall so far. Colors are still starting to show but may be more subtle this year. https://youtube.com/watch?v=2puA2uMoXEg

I didn't realize it was a football thing. I assumed the building was exploding from a different photo lol

Yep, I've been dupped into going to this one before. It's legit a couple dozen Instagram photo props and two or three games you have to pay extra for.
