Make holo rares roughly 1 in 12 packs as the highest rarity. It was good enough back then, it would be good enough now and utterly obliterate scalping.

In some aspects it definitely was, such as dialogs. So many characters, especially background ones feel like caricatures rather than real people in LIS1.

The Canadian lady at the diner is a prime example. Was this done intentionally so you don't feel as bad about picking Bae later? I don't know, but it certainly detracted from an otherwise great game (collectible hunts notwithstanding).

BTS really made feel like I was taking a deep-dive into who Chloe really was and wrote characters better.

The soundtrack of BTS was stronger too. Most titles in LIS1 feel forgettable, aside from the obvious ones. Meanwhile, every single track in BTS is a banger, and the custom Daughter tracks are magnificent.

Considering Max waited weeks on end to reach out to Chloe while literally living next door to her again, I'm gonna guess not likely.

Imagine bringing the freaking Borg into the game without bringing back this keyword at least for that occasion. Flavor fail.

But by now it's 100% Rachel Amber. We share a few character traits (a short fuse for starters) and the way her family falls apart hits extremely close to home for me. In my case it was different in terms of it not having anything to do with my parentage, but rather that someone's lying tore a big family completely apart.

When she screams out her anguish every fiber of my being knows how that feels.

I would pick Crashfish, but those are only in a few spots. Tiger Plants feel more common and don't announce themselves. You just start taking damage out nowhere and you'll probably take multiple hits before realizing it's one of these things.

Life is Strange. And for me in particular the prequel "Before the Storm."

It's helped me appreciate life, the weight of one's choices, allowed me to meet some of my best friends I ever had and even has my favorite fictional character of all time.

While there definitely are other games I wouldn't wanna ever forget and definitely played more, these games are something else.
