Its not her responsibility to drive safely, its your responsibility to make sure you get home to your loved ones safely. In your example, you made sure you could stop in the distance you can see (refrigerator round the corner scenario) - glad you are ok

Re test every 5 years and every year after 70

Who would indicating as you pass the first junction help?

only indicate if it is of BENEFIT to others. If indication confuses - DONT. You are not turning left, you are going straight.

I did a run from Dartford to Tooting last Saturday and did not see one biker

That my friend is the zenith of BMW boxer development. 110bhp - indestructible. Only run in at 30,000 kms. 'Shortens straights and straightens bends'

Two reasons:

1. The British queue. That's their default activity. Everyone knows their position in a queue - you are behind me and I am in front of you. Neat, boxed, no thought required - rooted in the class system 'know your place'

2. It is considered rude to gain an advantage by pushing in. Many a tut has been forthcoming when someone gains an advantage.

Monimoto

Anything over 350 will loose you your licence. Anything over 150bhp is addictive

Speed baby, speed

The standard of driving is appalling.

The very first thing I do when I see someone getting hassled, is get up and go and stand next to them. It shows support and solidarity. Of course it things go south I have a bit of me time on their arses.

Jaz; dangerous driving. Other car; due care and attention

Yes if I could afford it. A mate of mine had one. It had done 38,000 miles @ 17 to the gallon. You do the maths.

Ride a bike in full gear is like having a wank

Riding with shorts and a T is like banging your favourite pornstar

Bus driver is in the wrong. Should not have overtaken on approach for this EXACT reason - probably lost his job

SLOW THE FUCK DOWN

Look at the front wheels of all vehicles when they are stationary - look where they are pointing and if they are turning

FOR FUCK'S SAKE,SLOW DOWN

Make eye contact with EVERY driver who looks like they are crossing your path

YOU'RE STILL SPEEDING - SLOW DOWN

Learn how to do an emergency stop - seriously. Get on some deserted ground and practice, practice, practice. The emergency stop is your last line of defence, knocking 5mph off your impact speed can make the difference between living the rest of your life in a wheel chair and having a life long limp

Oh did I mention, SLOW THE FUCK DOWN

Welcome to the best experiences you'll every have

I have a 2" bit of it. Offers...

hold the position in lane 2 for visibility round the bend. When pulling in behind the truck you will loose your braking zone. Stay out until visibility is no longer required and you have enough braking distance from the truck

Hedges provide good cover for scrotes to work at your security
