This may come off as a bit harsh but I honestly think ADHD is over diagnosed with every other kid on Adderall. Most people with the diagnosis are looking for accommodations they don't even need and try to use it to their advantage. I've had ADHD diagnosed when I was in first grade in 1970. Was on Ritalin for many years. I made it all the way through med school and orthopedic residency. Accommodations didn't exist back then. If you think you can't do it without accommodations then med schools probably not for you.

This fracture doesn't look like any healing likely due to motion at the fracture site and the cat walking on it. If the cat is young and you love the cat like it's like a family member I would have the fracture fixed. You need to find a vet that's done orthopedic work such as plates and screws for this type of an injury
