The same applies to WTA. Sabalenka being in a role of sun, and Rybakina — moon.

You can adapt dijkstra’s algorithm. The idea is to track up to k tentative distances for each node, where each distance corresponds to a different number of new edges used. You only keep the best trade-off between the number of new edges and distance. The time complexity of this largely depends on the value of K. If K is small compared to the number of nodes (n), using Fibonacci heaps can be efficient, leading to a time complexity of approximately O(K•(nlogn+m)), where n is the number of vertices, m is the total number of edges, and K is the maximum number of new edges used.

Well cutoff of latest version of GPT4 is at April 2023, so not really relevant now. But have to admit that Phind model is really impressive

But that interaction would be super slow to the point where it would not make a sense to use it

I literally said that out loud

I am not sure specifically about cyber security, but there are some universities with international staff that provide decent knowledge in the field of Computer Science.

I think if you choose university where english is required, you are not going to struggle, however from my experience ~40% of students don't have a good english. Outside of university it would be easier to communicate with younger people, since many of them are attending courses. It's worth noting that I am writing specifically about Tashkent, in other regions you probably going to have more issues

How to Lie with Statistics by Darrell Huff is amazing classic on that topic as well

I feel like it is more about empathy rather than inequality. Or at least it is better at teaching empathy on the example of Atticus Finch

THE SAME. I can't figure out why.

Abroad Master's degree programs for international graduate students

I actually meant that, but I considered the following two factors:
1. Making sure Uzbekistan is included
2. The question being asked in r/Uzbekistan

I would like to think that most of the popular touristic spots are also available for Russian-speakers

Flaky_Candidate7546

I don't think war affected the languages spoken in Uzbekistan. In fact, I would argue, at least in Tashkent, more people are now speaking Russian since many Russians moved there and it is not beneficial for people not to be able to interact with Russian-speaking people. A big part of Uzbek youth also interacts with each other in Russian, even if at home they speak with their families in Uzbek. My answer might be biased tho since it only refers to my experience in Tashkent and Tashkent region

Flaky_Candidate7546

do you need to get wise card for it? because it is not available in Uzbekistan as well. Or how do pay for online services without using their payment interface?

Well, Mao would doubt that
