Cuteman, if you only knew how obvious you are. If my experience on this earth has taught me anything, it’s that of all the dudes who perform this sort of ick theater toward the very notion of gays doing a gay, the percentage whose motivation stems from a conscious effort to suppress and deny same-sex attraction within themselves sits at well over 100%.
TLDR: Loosen up. Your desire for steamy gay sex is showing

This. A thousand times this. Every single dude who sent you pics belongs in jail.

Flock correctly assembled the logic puzzle in his tiny, tiny thinking box, yes.

The answer will be revealed with full clarity someday when you are 22 realizing how young 16-year olds appear from the other side.

There are those who grow up in societies where Christianity is not taken literally, education is prioritized, church is a social club, and self-identified Christians openly endorse being atheist. They know their history, they know their science, and they don’t see their lives controlled by religion. If anything, they find it boring. Without any personal reasons to oppose religion, they simply won’t. Ask them about immigration in their country though, and they might name at least one religion they would like to see erased from their midst.
Then there are those who say they “I respect all religions” as their politest way of saying “people have the right to be stupid”
And then there are people who want to respect all religions in a world where people of religion go about it respectably. Optimists…realistic or not, I can’t be against it.
Three reasons and nothing positive I have to add…except this: Tell your story. Make it personal. Share a reason why you care.

Never liked this branding, even knowing nothing about them it just felt tone deaf and slightly off. 100% unsurprised at hearing they are the opposite of what they purport to be.

This would mean Gabi watching her mother get eaten in the attack on Shinganshina. Gabi would trigger The Rumbling via Paths instantaneously without Titan powers, fueled by pure rage.

The memory came from Ymir, Jaw Titan Ymir. Not the same as Eren placing specific memories into past Attack Titans — just an echo of the future, felt by Jaw’s eventual inheritor.
The only Jaw or Beast who ever wore ODM gear was Ymir; vague as this line was, it makes the most sense IMO.

“throats are slit”
It helps to be more specific here.
Cutting the windpipe = airway compromise, panic; a barbaric, horrifying and violent death.
Cutting the major blood vessels only = minimal pain (if you’ve ever had blood taken, you already know what it’s like), they dissociate and pass out.
Muslim, Jewish and Buddhist practices all mandate the latter.

Yes, my comment, as written, appears to encourage false pretense. My original wording was different, and I’m glad you called me out.
Try it this way: Presume there will be at least one decent, well-meaning person who helpfully answers your question and is secure enough in their beliefs not to push them upon you. Phrase your post for that nice person. When you take aim at idiots, your approach will mirror the idiots.
Present yourself as open-minded, and actually be open-minded! No matter how certain you are that religion is daft, if you are going into their space and soliciting their reactions, give them the benefit of the doubt and withhold your judgments until after you’ve read what people have to say. It’s ok, God is fake and there is no significant danger to you.
It’s ok to say less, and it’s ok not to tell people their beliefs are bullshit before you’ve heard what they have to say.
If your desire to burn Christendom to the ground is too raging a fire to be contained, maybe r/Catholicism isn’t the right outlet for you. Maybe start a black metal band, or spend a day creating blasphemous paintings. Art is good for healing emotions and making statements 1000x more powerfully than an unfiltered Reddit rant ever will.

Krueger. Krueger eats Eren, timeloops back to Grisha, tells him “try again buddy”

A direct attack on their beliefs will always yield the kinds of responses people give when their beliefs are attacked.
Instead, present yourself as an atheist who has taken an interest in Catholicism lately and wants to know more. People will be much friendlier if they think they can convert you.

Politics…Can’t expect everyone who is on our side to share the same values. Anyone can claim to care about the greater good…when someone admits they’re in it for themselves, at least you know it’s the truth…

Not supporting, the opposite. If Historia ate Zeke then Historia would be Eren’s key to the Rumbling, and she would die with him. Historia getting pregnant allowed her to feign support for her government’s official plan and to refuse any active role in Eren’s plan.
Fluffy_Connection_3
Eren told Historia about the rumbling. She was horrified yet understood despite being Queen she was powerless to do anything about it, except keep calm and carry on.
Was Historia the “worst girl who ever lived” because she saved Eren’s life and made it possible? No, lots of people saved Eren’s life; in that regard Historia was not unique. She’s the “worst” because the next thing she did was seal her lips, open her legs, and carry that foreknowledge of The Rumbling to her grave while carrying Eren’s baby and allowing him to make her the most powerful ruler on Earth by destroying almost all of it.
Of course she wasn’t actually “bad” IMO — she was powerless in this situation, and Eren in this scene quoting Historia’s prior self-assessment simply serves to validate her moral distress about being forced to stand back and say nothing as the tragedy unfolds.

It’s not hypocrisy, it’s two different things.
Taking down Floch & Friends presented no moral quandary for Annie. She once decimated Squad Levi with her bare hands, inside their own tree fort. Wasting a few more Scouts (racist ones she never met, who beat up their ODM instructor ffs) was just nbd to Annie, and this panel was simply her explaining why she and no reservations about moving forward with or without the Eldian’s help.
When it comes to the topic of killing Eren specifically, Annie rightfully calls out Mikasa for harboring denial that Eren must be killed. Annie knows Mikasa would stop anyone from killing Eren and would interfere with the mission. This conversation is an emotionally-charged one, as Mikasa cares for Eren (whereas nobody ever gave two actual shits about Floch Squad). Annie expresses her true feelings here, in contrast with the above example where she stated facts detached from feelings.
Getting desensitized to death doesn’t mean it doesn’t affect you. This story is full of characters who were good at killing and didn’t enjoy it.
