2. That was literally at launch obv the game is gonna be larger at launch and people will fall off
3. The bulk of the games playerbase is on Xbox not Steam.
4. Almost every f2p live service game follows a similar track record to this. Other then Fortnite and maybe LoL no f2p game has ever maintained/surpassed its launch playerbase
5. Because of MCC all the older Halo games are still active and online, meaning people actually have options to play what they want and aren't forced to play just Infinite.
6. That was almost 2-3 years ago. Tons of other games have come out since then, most people don't only dedicate their time to 1 game.

Everything I've been commenting is directed at YOU because you're trying so hard to justify the mistranslation as something normal that should not have been censored.

So im curious lay it all out: Why do you think they shouldn't have censored it? I gave all my reasons why they should've.

First of all, I'm attacking your character because your against the censorship period. You've been attacking me personally by claiming I'm acting on emotion and everhone in the west are pussies this entire time so I don't want to hear it. Cause ive just been using common sense.

And your right a parent does have to protect their children. But there have to be shows that are safe for children to watch as well. An IP like Sonic is known to be a popular figure with children, hence all the family friendly sonic Kid shows: Sonic Boom, Sonic Says, I'd argue Sonic Prime. And the way IDW avoids mature themes tells me Sega and Sonic team want to continue in thag direction (for example: IDW never says death or blatantly shows a dead body of a living)

I mean they literally just announced a Sonic Kids series called Sonic and Friends. It doesn't get more obvious then that. It is clear they intend Sonic to reach a young audience, hence why people say "I grew up with [insert Sonic game]". Grew up doesn't mean 20 year old sitting at home grow up means 6-17 (age varies from person to person but that's generally what "grow up" means)

And if you think I'm acting emotional idk what to tell you. I'm using common sense. If your common sense tells you that a sex joke should be in a SONIC SHOW period. I think you've been in the wrong parts of the Fandom for too long.

As someone pursuing Media in school I can promise you, putting a sex joke in anything but an adult cartoon is not going to end well. Family Friendly/Kids shows aim to teach and entertain. If you think either of those should include sex jokes. And kids ask a shit ton of question on everything.

Kids asking their parents what S&M is different to saying someone plays rough.

Playing rough can mean: Someone who's physical, erratic.

Not touching someone uncomfortably can mean: Someone who doesn't keep their hands to themselves.
