Or maybe a flat, "Attacking creatures you control get +2/+2 until end of turn."

That definitely sounds better. I should've worded as "The first time you cast a noncreature spell during your turn, you may draw a card." Or something to that effect. Hadn't thought of just how strong I made the effect since I basically imported Cloaked Sage's ability as it is from Here to Slay.
