By rules i mean laws if a country has laws do not throw the litter at the road and people are doing exactly opposite actually I love to mind my own buisness this things they are shitty and you are right some laws are shitty and some are not but today's generation is knowledgeable at they should understand that .

And I solved it 

I am a newbie with arch which mistakes I should avoid

By the way guyz I solved the issue by deleting grub and reinstalling system md bootloader and I noticed that there was no arch config within /boot/entries so I solved it that by adding entry and adding uuid since I didn't know the commands so I had to take the help from but issue was solved thank you for helping me
