You're misunderstanding the alien lifecycle. The combined implantation and gestation period of an embryo is always equal to the amount of time it takes for the characters to prevent it from occurring, minus two minutes.

And after Crono, obviously the next one is the most heroic of them all: The floor trap underneath Ozzie

Think you might be in the wrong sub, my guy. This is a 30+ lounge.

PC and console, with crossplay. Squad-based, but can be played solo. Community is super friendly and loves helping the newbies.
Main gameplay loop is killing hordes with your guns, a melee, and themed abilities. Its unique gimmick is its movement tech, which has you Shinobi-ing off the walls while doing your best Max Payne impression.
Story/worldbuilding is messy but enjoyable. Like a twelve year old that keeps growing the playground game with whatever interests them that month. Arguably part of the charm, and still manages some real heavy-hitting moments.
Soundtrack is top-tier. Possibly some of the best in the industry. They have concerts with live orchestras.
Possibly most relevant to the older crowd, the game design respects both your time and your money. To that end, progression is lateral, not vertical: You don't trudge to Level 9,628, you instead acquire 9,628 different toys. The real endgame is "fashionframe", with the myriad color palettes, cosmetic attachments, and even living space decorations.

It's because she's literally a perfect killer and messing with her design would be like trying to invent Alien prequel lore.

Eyyyyy, a fellow 650-with-DAC user!
My needs were slightly different so I got one of the bluetooth DACs (with USB-C as an option), but I will still rather use that over wirelesd earbuds.
To each their own, I suppose. Just never got along with audio that didn't have a cord attached.

I love Look Outside. And I will never trust video games again after that.

Finally, we have achieved radioactive lemons. Excellent work!

I'm gonna roll up in Koumei and get banned from the casino in record time.

Don't know how many others do this, but I copy my save files back and forth between PC and JoiPlay on the phone. My achievements list probably looks nonsensical.

Next time it happens, just remind your squad that according to Eternalism, there's a version of the Chosen Tenno who didn't trip the alarms.

Yep yep. Added in a hotfix, then removed when it caused crashes, then re-added when code was fixed.

All they need is the company of a helpful Grineer assistant and they can be violently in place!

Fun Warframe lore: The stealth sections were criticized because the Deacon sight was bugged. Before they fixed it, their sight range was about twice (I think?) as far as what the vision cone beam thing showed. A few WTF moments until you figured it out.
Still possible to complete, but it took some trial and error. I seem to remember one section where you absolutely had to sprint or you'd get caught.
I still had fun, though. And I guess according to Eternalism, Deacons have both bugged and correct sight range. Or something like that.

What the hell is up with the Internet Hivemind and the word "slop" nowadays? What is a "slop update"?
Can we go back to when everything was "a literal slap in the face"? At least that conjured some funny mental images.

Not sure if this was the only cause, but I spotted this in the 43.5 patch notes:

I might be alone, but I don't like how the loadout slots work, where you switch to the slot. I'd rather them be more like templates where you "save current loadout to slot" and "load loadout from slot".

Also a Koumei main. (Koumain?)
Never a dull moment. I can see why she's obtainable so early, because she's like a sampler platter of the game mechanics.
Found out just the other day that when she's in Duviri she gets access to the full decree set, lol

I'm not sure what this means, but no. Just getting on in years.

There are some resource decorations for 5 plat if you like that kind of stuff. Orokin cells, argon, control module, rubedo, etc.

In my experience, the reason this most often happens is because modding is still not properly explained/emphasized in-game, even with The Teacher quest and the junction requirements. Specifically the mod upgrading part (using credits and "endo").
Unlike other games with "cards", the interaction between mods comes into play more in the mid to late game. Early on, what you want to do is upgrade your main damage and survival mods. Don't worry about all the empty mod slots you'll end up with.
For example, consider the standard rifle damage mod, Serration. At base level, it costs 4 mod capacity and gives you +15% damage per shot. But if you upgrade it four times, it now costs 8 mod capacity and gives you +75% damage per shot. That's a huge difference, and well worth sacrificing some other 4 capacity mod you may have on your rifle.
