Seems pretty lopsided to me.

Didn’t plan on upgrading but got a 5070ti for $730 back when the writing was on the wall.

As crazy as things have gotten a part of me is thinking I should’ve saved myself $150 and bought the 9070XT for $580 instead.

Well yeah. The second 5090 disappeared the gouging on the 5080 got worse. If the 5080 disappeared the 5070ti would suddenly be an $1800 card.

For $1,000 it’d better be worth it after just one year.

I’ve amassed an enormous backlog getting games I’m interested in via cheap bundles. I think dropping $50-$70++ on the latest videogame is foolish.
