They know it's a 24/7 job to influence public opinion and build political power. GOP into MAGA has been doing it for decades and it works. So I love TNG and ds9. Watched them twice+ each. I'm on my first watch of Voyager and mmm.

So my first first impressions were basically wow this is bad but the characters grew on me. Tuvok and neelix particularly. Some episodes are fantastic. Tuvix ironically, among plenty great ones. Even still, every third/other episode is just a dud. And thoroughly so. TNG has plenty of duds but something is different with Voyager. Not sure what that is. I just finished retrospect s4 about 7of9's false rape accusation and idk. Every over ep. feels like a double reverse ham fisted woke or time burning with scenes of Janeway being internally conflicted. I'm just confused by the episode 'retrospect' tbh lol (for reference I'm a very liberal fella in the hells scape that is Florida. The message of the episode just went above my head)

With how poorly DeSantis has been received lately, I'm hoping beyond hope new college and supporters can weather this/ keep in spot light enough for it to be mostly undone when he's gone
