Yes, it is up to the store director. I actually transferred from a store where the vests weren’t allowed, but we had a rogue team member that seemed to wear theirs all the time without getting in trouble.
The store I work at now, when I say everyone, I mean everyone, the ETLs, the team leads all of them wear it. The shirt under it does have to be a solid color and no graphics showing.
FunEstablishment5849
Do you work at my store? Lol my store did this too!
FunEstablishment5849
It’s tiiiiiiiiiiiii-iiiimmme
FunEstablishment5849
I think they are telling you the right thing to talk to someone particularly the HR person whether is the ETL or the expert. Something similar happened to me but not exactly. I picked up a shift it got approved, but then they edited the schedule so I’m scheduled for my regular work center instead of the shift that I picked up, but it still has that green checkmark and approved like yours.

Every time the base pay increases I’ve made the same as new people until merit raises
FunEstablishment5849
Honestly, I have found no matter how much time I give them. I’m still waiting or they are giving orders to people who have just got there when I’ve been waiting. I have decided it is what it is… the employees are going to gripe and the guests are gonna gripe luckily since I do work there most of the time I can just get one of my coworkers to go get my order before I clock out, but if I forget , or if I’m off, or go to a store I don’t work at I do still use drive up at times.. so I just be patient and even though I know I’m supposed to get my order in three minutes I know that it’s never going to happen lol or very rare…
FunEstablishment5849
I was just about to say it’s probably rats lol I see somebody said a pest infestation
FunEstablishment5849
It’s because apparently AI is doing the schedule right now
FunEstablishment5849
I feel like most team leads go on a leave of absent right before they quit so maybe that’s the solution
FunEstablishment5849
And with the clearance. Online clearance it’s usually higher than in store clearance.
FunEstablishment5849
If that’s the case I’m about to get in trouble soon. I had 2 guests to come in and tell me the online price I looked it up in my zebra and changed it. I did it the other day too. Not sure why they didn’t match it. I know I would have.
FunEstablishment5849
Yes it’s under the same ETL just let them know. They might still use you in both until they get a replacement but it shouldn’t be hard at all.
FunEstablishment5849
This will get you fired
FunEstablishment5849
As soon as you know! It’s not that big of a deal like you might think your HR ETL is probably going to help you more thank you think. And since you are sure which store that you want to go to, you probably can talk to the HR there as well
FunEstablishment5849
It’s been in the making a while and I believe they already use UKG or whatever it is to make our schedules, but it definitely has to do with the point system. No one has talked about it, but if you read communications and pay attention, then you will not be as surprised by things. Not that I sit there and read communications all the time, I do sometimes. lol
The retail organization my daughter works at uses. UKG and when she works, she gets her daily pay balance, updated same day. I wonder if it will be like that for us come September. Pilot stores, let us know. And there is an app she uses.
FunEstablishment5849
No
FunEstablishment5849
Yeah, I was about to say what someone else said about not being able to see them. I don’t see tech shifts. They have to do something in the system for people who are not in tech to see them
FunEstablishment5849
No unless it’s red at the top. Your outermost layer has to be “Target red” but I would ask my leader they might let you.
FunEstablishment5849
We’re off on Easter as well

It is possible I have done break out by myself before and have completed it. I was by myself today and I would have completed it however, the Metros were full. And there was leftover truck from Monday. Who knows what it’s gonna happen tomorrow it’s gonna be crazy. And honestly, I still think I could’ve completed it but they don’t schedule eight hours.
The key to breakout is time and space. Give me an eight hour shift and some clear vehicles.! Five pallets should be doable if this is the case.
FunEstablishment5849
Two minutes is very lofty in my opinion, but it may be possible with the 16s and 14s. Some of the boxes are going to take longer. Some are going to take shorter.. two minutes may be the average if that’s the case you would have 30 boxes done in an hour. I have actually done that before, but I only focused on 16 boxes when I reached that. The 15s and the 13s are going to take longer so much of that stuff is individually wrapped in plastic and it’s just a bit more time-consuming. Also, with the 15s, all those small clothes, a lot of them fit in there.
Another thing I have noticed it depends on your space. The closer the racks are to you the less time it is going to take you. My last store the breakout area was pretty big, but it was so many of us working back there. It was really hard to share the space. I walked a bit farther the bulk of my shift. The store I work at now, the breakout area is small. I have the racks close to me and nobody bothers me about how it looks. I set it up so that no one really has to come over there by me. I work on the 16s. The rest of the team works on the folded stuff then if we have time we work on the case packs together or the last one in does the case packs.
I am so long-winded I’m sorry for the long response lol now I have to go back and see if I actually answered your question.

My district has an HRETL that is like a floater when other stores’ HRETL is out. I wonder if you have a person like that in your area check with your HRBP and find out. Also partner with the receiver or whoever gets y’all’s packaging so that you can go through it first. Those TLs are out of order for throwing your stuff out. So sorry that you’re having to spend your 30 crying in the car because they are stressing you out please please please follow some of the people suggestion they have good ones. Wishing you well...

The fancy is street dated and lto. The hollister in my store was already set and as stated not street dated.
FunEstablishment5849
At the store I work we round it the system doesn’t. They have a note for checkout advocates on the checklanes that tell how to round. If it’s in the system how to round it seems like the sco should start taking cash again
I don’t know how universal it was, but at my old store one year during Q4. We had to wear black, If we were in fulfillment. It was only during Q4.
