I had the same problem with the Logitech C925e. The microphone for the webcam didn't work and my audio was completely messed up (no speakers, everything muted). What a mess. But I finally found a solution that worked. The solution is on the following Microsoft Learn sight:

Hopefully this works for you, if you've had the same problem. Have a great day!

Hi Everyone, I had the same problem with my Logitech C925e. Messed up my audio in Windows 11. And the microphone for the webcam didn't work at all. After trying several fixes the following fix did the trick. I spent at least 5 hours trying to find a solution.

Hi, you said you wanted to hear from anyone. Well, I'm male. But I've been through a lot of trauma in my life, starting at a very early age. I'm in my 50's now. I know what panic attacks are. I had a social anxiety disorder. I had tons of baggage. My heart goes out to you. And I will offer the only thing that worked for me . . . Jesus Christ. You may not want to hear that. You might be an atheist or agnostic. I didn't want anything to do with God either. I was agnostic. I remember saying to myself in the hard times, "I'm not going to turn to God." Well, my life was such a mess I really had nothing to lose. God couldn't mess up my life anymore than I did. So, I turned my life over to Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life". And he said that those who believe in him (receive him as Lord and Savior for the forgiveness of their sins) would have life and have it abundantly. After I became a Christian he healed my social anxiety disorder. That was a relief. And he healed a lot of stuff in my life. I had a lot of rage and anger. It was all taken away and I forgave everyone who had ever hurt/abused me, and there were many. I'm a new person. I'm not perfect, but I am forgiven and I have hope for tomorrow and for eternity. When you know what your eternity holds it makes the present much more bearable. And knowing that God loves me exactly as I am, even though I'm not perfect, means everything. If God can love me as I am, I can love myself as I am. I don't have to be perfect. I don't have to be strong. In fact God says that his power is perfected in our weakness. We were created to know God and to have a relationship with him. That's how we are wired. And we were actually created in his image so we could have that relationship with him and experience his love. I'm not suggesting you go to a particular church or a denomination. I'm not asking for money or suggesting that you give money to any organization or church. Jesus said, "Freely you have received, freely give." So, I freely offer to you what I have received. I have received peace in my heart, hope, healing, love, grace, forgiveness (no sin is too big for God's forgiveness), fellowship with other believers who are also not perfect but truly care about me and want me to have hope and peace. As mentioned, I'm not perfect. I used to have PTSD from having watched my son almost die 47 times. God has been getting me through that. I now only have an anxiety disorder. But I know that God will get me through the rest of that at the right time so I'm 100% recovered and no longer have heightened anxiety related to sickness. Anyway, I encourage you to put your hope in God. He made you. He can fix everything over time. Putting your life and your hope in his hands is the most freeing, healing, restful thing you will ever do. He loves you more than you can imagine, more than you can comprehend, even in eternity. If this interests you check out this website (https://www.bibleinfo.com/en/questions/how-become-christian). Please DO NOT donate money. This is not a time for you to give to anything or anyone, it's a time for you to receive. And if you ever give money to a church or Christian organization that's between you and God. I have no affiliation with this website. I'm not advertising for it. But the teaching is good and trustworthy, based on the Bible. I won't even tell you what church I attend. It's not important. There are lots of good churches out there. None are perfect, because no Christian is perfect, but we love God and we hope to love each other, and the people around us, with the love that God has given to us. One last important truth to share to give you more hope . . . How valuable do you think you are? And what gives you significance? What is the source of your validation (as you mentioned above)? Did you know you were created in the image of God. We all were. And because you were created in his image you have eternal value. Your soul is actually eternal, and it was designed to have a relationship with God, who is also eternal. And that is true for every person on the planet, Christians and non-Christians. And God proved your value to him, his love for you, by deliberately and purposefully dying for your sins. Yes, the God of the universe made you to have a relationship with him, and to make this happen he was tortured and executed for you. That was his plan. So, according to God you have value great enough that the God of the universe gave up everything to have a relationship with you, to bless you, to be your source of life and hope and strength.
