• 1 Block of Velveeta Cheese
• 1lb. of super lean ground beef
• 1 stick? of Pork Chorizo
• 2 Cans of Rotel's Tomatoes (feeling adventurous? go for extra hot)
• 1 can of Rotel's Diced Green Chile's

Now cut the Velveeta into cubes and put it on a medium setting in a crockpot. In the meantime pan fry the ground beef and chorizo separately. PAT DRY like a fucking desert. Toss that shit into the crockpot. Take all the cans of goodness and drain them shits. Now toss that shit into the crockpot. Wait for all of it to melt and you've got a party favorite. Trust me on this, I think this recipe got me laid on more than one occasion.
