On OWS races I fart constantly 😅

Have a monitoring system… Have understanding of your infra, what causes cpu spikes and memory spikes, is the traffic load balanced on your service’s pods.

This kinda is my problem as well, and I know in my current situation I would benefit greatly from stronger lats, shoulders and chest.

This is the wei

Ross Edgley, he is very muscular “built” for his height and is a very good endurance athlete.

I don’t think it is matter of people but matter of pace of everyone in the same lane. 25m is pretty short but 33m is totally fine to swim with 7-8 people as long as everyone is on similar pace and program. Even on my master’s team we on somedays are 6-7 people in same lane and in 25m pool, I barely have any problems. I would probably have problems, if 400/600/800 drills are given to us.

What we did for cost optimization was; switch our deployments, the ones that we can, to graviton architecture. Then we utilized capacity spread and spread by 1/3 on-demand/spot.

That’s is amazing!!

Please no, ffs no, noo.

This is the line I keep repeating like a broken record. 😭 GVB should have remained for a longer time.

I’ve never liked Sergen as a coach and never will. However I agree with you, we need consistency. I just hate to admit that for the last 3 years club just lost valuable time to rebuild and I have a doubt for a rebuild again for the next year.

I swim to turn everything off, not to add more. There are lots of people like me, and ho are there to keep their minds steady.

I used to play waterpolo and was more leaning toward sprinting all the time. I’ve had many injuries and swimming became just a summer activity. Anyways after many years, as a 33 year old, now I swim 4/5 times a week around 3.3-3.9km per session. This has been going on for last 9 months and my easy pace started from 1:4x/100m @2km to a 1:35/100m @3km.

Deserved yes, are there other players who should get before him, also yes.

Blue/Green and add new storage

Silence my head.

Drilled in to me. I’ve never been a swimmer though, but a goalie on waterpolo. Well after total of 3 operations on my shoulders, now I swim 16k/weekly. It calms me, sought my soul and allows me to focus on myself.

This, honestly after certain point distance swimming brings clarity.

As a non-German, I’ve always found it funny to say the German word for “butterfly. Regardless, this is very good effort. 💪

I used to play waterpolo, had many injuries and had to stop for a long time. My last operation was 8 years ago. I had a habit of going full throttle on legs, 3-4 years ago I slowed it down. At first I stopped kicking for a while 2-4 kicks per 25m, then slowly adjusted it. When I slowed down my kicks I was able to swim for a longer time. Fast forward now, I am fully focused on my technique and now I do 1 kick/1 pull on opposite sides. I can now swim over 3km. My only limit is my shoulders.

Sadly, the misunderstanding starts from previous comment.

GDangerGawk

I have no personal problem, what I’ve tried to say was: “It is very common for waterpolo players to be encouraged in taking competitive swimming drills.” There is a misleading on my comment, I guess. I am sorry.

GDangerGawk

Do you drink your piss too?

GDangerGawk

Who in their right mind encourages their trainees to pee in pool, what the actual fuck. But encouraging swimming drills and competitive swimming isn’t that absurd. Specially the sprints.

GDangerGawk

This is very strong 💪.
