*reassuring pat* take your time... let it "Sink" in... important thing is to be comfortable with yourself and above all consent. Play safe now :D
GUIStickyBuns
Very nice. Though... Drop Pods?

Owl+Bunny = Winged Rabbit... with huge teeth!
GUIStickyBuns
Maybe Left and Right switched? Oh! Can the arms hot-swap all on their own?
GUIStickyBuns
Yet, a minor bruise from a monkey punch does. It's so odd.

LoL I get it "A A A Staying Alive Staying Alive" is a song...
But, seriously, though... "Stayin' Alive" is also a CPR mod out there... if anyone's interested to know. It just makes sense you don't always need Resurrection Serum if the doctors can do basic CPR.
GUIStickyBuns
Right, thanks. Sorry, by bad.
GUIStickyBuns
If that bird went mad from rabies, doesn't that give her it?
GUIStickyBuns
Ah, yes. Now that the animal's insanity has passed, quickly Rescue it and see there's a 2% chance the animal bonds to the rescuer. Now you'll have a faithful companion..

Traits: [Tough] [Nimble] [Jogger/Fast Walker] [Brawler];
Parts: Bionic or Archo Legs is great but you can also get the weaponized knees, Arms can either be Bionic/Archo or stick with Claws; there's the Coagulator you'll probably want implanted as well as the fast healing;
Then you'll want what body armor you can; eventually, the Shield Belt... there's mods that allow personal cloak/active camoflauge, too but I've never done them.
Genes that help too are ones like Deathless and Long Jump--let's you simply dive into the fight or pounce a fleeing enemy;
Psycasting has a Skip I think it's like teleporting and does similar to this jumping;
Monosword is better than Plasmasword, typically...but there's also the Zeushammer, which does really good EMP disabling of mechs

Rub-a-dub dub, 3 men in a tub... hmmm... wonder if they'll make that mod too :/ Rim Group Showers

Ah. The 1.7 bugs are real after all.

The universe is a cozy average of 2degrees Kelvin.
You're Sun died. Have you tried using Resurrector Serum on that?
GUIStickyBuns
IRL? We simply pay people money.
You want $$$, they want Hemogen.

Try a chinchilla farm...with some Hussar colonists.
So, you have some spare Yayo laying around here and there cause you need it to process the life-giving Go Juice for your Hussar.
Next thing you know, you got unknown numbers of addicted little fluff balls running around that need to be turned into an armchair so your colonists can get their "vitamins".

Oh. I've kept that ethic, too. Got touchy when a raider shot out a kidney. It only made sense to take it out of the raider that shot their kidney out. That's when I felt like I had crossed the line, though.

They don't really have to sink their teeth into someone to get the Hemogen. Bloodsucking is a direct approach, but you should be able to extract Hemogen from pretty much anyone. I couldn't help but notice they introduced Paralytic Abasia or at least greatly increased it's frequency of occurrence in the universe about the same time they introduced Sanguaphages. For me, I simply kept prisoners stoned on Smokeleaf regularly, and followed a Joint with a Hemogen withdrawal...seemed like a fair trade.
I think a friend of mine said they had a mod that lets you use animals for extracting Hemogen, but I don't honestly know or use that myself...fairly vanilla myself.

We evolve to utilize 100% of what's consumed...
and the floor tiles make the dirt all on their own for no reason at all.

Not without Pi, which is an irrational number. Therefore, Rimworld only deals with "rational concepts"... so Squares....rectangles are long squares.

Addendum: Oh, and never have the Butcher table in the same room as the Kitchen. That always makes a bloody mess (dirt) that'll contaminate the food making. You can have a small room that acts as a refrigerator where your hauling animals and hunters drop off the kills and coolers on the wall keep that room chilled so the kills stay fresh for butchering with the table right there in the room from kills dropped off on the floor. This is great cause the butcher doesn't get hypothermia like they would if they were working in a freezer. Shelves there can hold the furs directly off the chopping block. Then the next room over be the freezer which should be wide enough you can stick a Paste Machine in later on in one of the walls to service a mess hall directly while the food in the hoppers stays frozen. Then, the next room over starts your Kitchen space aforementioned. This flow will optimize your keeping everything clean, food poisoning down, and lowest rate of infections in hospitals while optimizing your research rates. Also note that you can leave the door open to the fridge/butcher chamber and let that serve as the AC for the entire base. Keeping the cost of constructing Coolers down to 1 or 2 units; the freezer doors, you can have a series of single doors separated by a small hallway with shelves that keeps the prepared meals chilled and ready for serving. Just some extra advice.

In real life, this makes sense. However, in Rimworld the type of tile makes the dirt. So, rough/unsmoothed tiles generate more dirt than smoothed tiles, Steel covered tiles generate less dirt than those, and the cleanest are Sterile tiles. There's about 9 or so paces from one type into the next that tracks that tile's dirtiness, if I remember correctly. So, for example if you've researched Sterile tiles, then you can make a hallway where they cook food covered in sterile tiles be your Kitchen that leads to a further backroom of Sterile tiles that's your research Laboratory (so there's even less foot traffic than Kitchen), then further back Sterile tiled room be your Hospital which only gets used if someone's seriously injured. Having them walk that distance over sterile tiles will make sure the Dirt doesn't reach the Hospital room...but that kinda detail's up to you and preferences. It just seems to be the fewest tiles used IMO, and Sterile tiles use Steel+Silver, so they need to be budgeted.
As for sleep getting disturbed, yeah they'll get it a few times a night (however many times someone passes by) until their rooms not a hallway. It might just be mine, but they don't seem to notice as much if they have a joint before bed (lasts 12 hours).

Somethings in that general direction are gonna turn to swiss-cheese following a stream of pissing metal and insane laughter.
Blight...Blight...more Blight... the spread won't end!
