Maybe!
I think usually what I write on a whim comes out more emotional or poetic?
While the planned out are more descriptive but have more... background sub-plots that make it feel fuller?
I've been praised by both, so idk if people prefer one or the other, but I think it's definitely the case for this one hahaha
Gaoo_httml
They're both a mood!
I definitely like both even if I tend to lean towards over planning it hahaha
Gaoo_httml
Tall lol

First of all, my mom cought me with a ruler on my nips. Second, between 2 and 2'5cm in diameter. And not free, I poured all my savings on them (but yeah, free nipple grafts) and I'm around 1'55m talk

Exactly! And it's not that I was checking obsessively or anything. But things were (and still are) going slower than they usually go for me. I think it's fair to wonder why?

one bonded, one remarkable, and id they give 270 coins or more when bonded, I keep any I get
Gaoo_httml
I think I use them a normal ammount, but I appreciate that we have this now. I've selected the wrong dragon one too many times before because they move/overlap/etc.

I somehow always miss looking at user subscriptions??? Kinda crazy to know so many people get emails whenever I manage to write something
Gaoo_httml
I actually don't mind bad summaries that much? I decide what to read mostly through tags
Gaoo_httml
I had a beta ask me once if I preferred them to beta for British or American English and my brain glitched for a sec

Done!

Just DM'd you!

Obsessively commented on every chapter of a long fic. The author was asking for suggestions for future chapters, liked some of mine and we eventually took the conversation to Twitter. She eventually made a discord server for the fic and I made good friends with the people there (even got to travel to visit a few on their countries!)
Anyway, AO3 isn't the best place for meeting people. I'd say Twitter and Discord are better. Maybe Tumblr too. Find creative servers of your fandom, or interact with other artists or writers of your fandom in social media! I also met quite a few people through events like exchanges, bangs, etc. and fanzines (tho at the end of the day this fits under "discord server for creators of your fandom")

Do ask plenty of questions about the recovery! No clue how it works on the UK, but in my country/area each surgeon is veeeery particular about what they allow you or expect you to do. Also, if you don't know yet, ask if you're getting one or two binders for post surgery (if you're only getting one, I strongly advice investing on a second one. Spending time without it while it cleans and dries is terrifying). And make sure to ask where to call in case of doubts or emergency during recovery! You could also ask for that after surgery, but it's easier to forget if you're still groggy from pain meds and stuff.
Also, I totally get the forgetting things because of the nerves, so I strongly advice bringing a list with you, so you don't leave without going through everything.

Ig sorry about that? I genuinely didn't do this to brag or anything like that. I've never compared growth over time with other people, just how fics did after months/years with a couple friends of mine that write for the same fandom, so yeah this comes as a surprise and sorry if it sounded rude
Gaoo_httml
Totally! My two best fics in terms of overall stats are one I thought too f'd up for anyone to read, and the other one is a pretty plain one from a rare ship. You really can't predict how it'll go 😂
I didn't know about the Sunday thing? Tho I usually post whenever I finish editing cuz I am impatientttt. Unless it's for a challenge/event ofc
Gaoo_httml
Hi! Just filled it up and here to advice you to be careful about survey bias! If this was for a personal project it wouldn't matter as much, but since it's for college and your grade depends on it (or you might be interested on improving/working on it professionally), you should be careful about it! And I say it as a sociology(ish) graduate. The questions you choose to make and how you word them can affect the results you get if you're not too careful.
Gaoo_httml
Maybe it's drabbles or poems?
Gaoo_httml
My friends usually read it pretty late because life, work and stuff 😂 so I am used to that (also, some don't read my weirdest stuff, which fair enough, we all have different taste)
Gaoo_httml
Ngl, someone else said something similar and I am surprised? Ig it really depends on fandom or ship, but I usually get the biggest bulk of hits/kudos the first few days and then it quickly slows down and builds up over time
Gaoo_httml
Yeah, I clearly could have worded this post better lol
I was just comparing this fic to how my previous fics did at a similar time after publishing them. Which I'm comparison, this one isn't doing as well and makes me wonder why.
I know it doesn't necessarily mean it will do poorly forever, but yeah, it sorta killed the excitement to see it to worse than what I'm used to hahaha
And I agree, the weirder the fic, the more low-key is the support. I write both weird niche smut and wholesome fluff and the difference is HUGE (it will always be funny to me)
Gaoo_httml
Yup! It happened right when I took the screenshot, which was a very nice surprise hahaha

I have definitely done that before! And yeah, I should take this as advice. Though I've also had compliments about the overplaned ones buuuuuut ig everyone has a different taste when reading lol
