Read the comments from all the people crying about competing with people and crying about rats on frigate lol. In PVP you have 2 teammates, less competition and more even odds. Plus if you PVP in this game you might actually have a few brain cells and know how to take on fights.

I'm not butthurt at all lol I play in PVE lobbies, mixed lobbies and full PVP in solos and trios depending on what my objectives are at the time. I deal with it. I die all the time because that's the game. I don't cry about it like you all do despite playing the game on easy mode.

If you'd defend yourself against Arc attacking you why wouldn't you defend yourself against a player attacking you? Why are you assuming a bad case will still have a settlement worth it? Settlements are based on the strength and value of the case, the same as awards. If you have a bad case you can't win at trial, you're not gonna be able to magically force a good settlement out of it. The other side is just going to say no
