I work 7-530. I ran two full marathons in 2024 and 3 half marathons last year. I was getting up at 4:15am to run 8-10km before work. Do with that info as you will.

Between the scope and the camera.

The filter I use allows certain band passes through. Specifically hydrogen alpha and oxygen 3.

Cheers. I’m lucky enough though. I’m up on a roof of a 5 story building with a clear view of the sky. So no nasty lights.

There is up to $695 a week. After tax it’s like $600. I take home $2000 a week. So I’d be down $1400 a week. My wife is on a much lower income so I have to work to carry the balance. I don’t get pto with my company.

We visited friends recently and the had a white noise machine on. It was so loud lol. I work 7-5:30. 30-60 min commute either side of that. Sometimes longer on the way home. 90mins.

I understand that and I can’t even begin to imagine what women go through. All I’m saying is I’m stressed about being safe in work. Unless you work in my industry you’ll never fully understand. Same way I can never fully understand what women go through before, during and after child birth. I’ll be there to the best of my ability for my wife and child. If I’m concerned about being exhausted in a dangerous workplace and one wrong move can kill somebody that’s a valid concern.

Thank you. I know. It will pass. I can’t wait to be a dad. I get emotional thinking about it but I just want to be able to be present, to provide and also still be able to work safely.

Yeah I know. She knows too but putting it into practice will be a big test.

Not a bad idea. We have no family here. My mother and hers are coming but for how long we don’t know.
