I’d still check to make sure the recall was done on your vehicle. Also all I was told back in the day was to have nothing but the ignition key in the ignition. Not even a key ring lol

Do you have a large keychain? Or a lot of keys on your keyring? There was a large recall (not sure of the year range) for the ignition switch. I would check to see if the recall has been done. There are a lot of news stories of crashes.

Immediate temporary fix is to only have the ignition key in the ignition with nothing else hanging. I know it sounds silly but if your braking the keys swaying can turn the ignition off.

Wouldn’t hurt to send them a message! Will it not you withdraw the amount that’s shown in the account in the account settings? I was assuming it is just a display error, and the actual amount is in the account still.
