The standard advice is to never ask or suggest any medication or dose to your doctor. They prefer to do that themselves.
Instead it's better to explain your symptoms and describe what limitations you experience because of the pain. You could mention that your relief from the medication only lasts for 4 hours.
It's usually best to not ask for a dose increase outright so soon in your treatment and doctor-patient relationship. Good luck!

Start at around 300mg. People take grams of the stuff, but it's very acidic side effects increase with dose.

I was also able to reduce my morphine rapidly, but I found the effects to be similar to other replacement therapies. It seemed obvious to me that I would need less morphine while on another opioid. I'm not saying it's not an effective or helpful medication if used as you and others have suggested. I just never felt that my tolerance was meaningfully reversed. I've seen fewer reports of people saying they experienced tolerance reversal since the wave of 7oh users arrived as well for some reason.
Edit to add that I've seen people claim that initial studies prove all sorts of things on this board so I wouldn't say "no one is claiming" that.
GenericPlantAccount
That initial study is not proof that this occurs in humans.
GenericPlantAccount
This so much
GenericPlantAccount
Can you explain to me?
GenericPlantAccount
It is actually
GenericPlantAccount
I was a little obsessed
GenericPlantAccount
Haha I've done the same
GenericPlantAccount
But the simplest explanation seems pretty clear. It's worth him going to the doctor and finding out for sure.
GenericPlantAccount
Exactly. There are reasons to be concerned and I see a lot of denial in the comments.

One occurrence in a familiar area absolutely should trigger a doctor's visit over 75. We have the data from silver alerts that should be considered. Driving is an advanced cognitive skill and any sudden degradation at that age should be taken seriously.
My mother was in denial for at least a year before I was able to get her license revoked. By that time every corner of her new vehicle had been damaged as well as one full side from her grazing a guardrail. It all started with her getting lost going to her attorney's office that she saw monthly.
Don't wait to get to the bottom of why the person is getting lost. People driving impaired due to age related cognitive decline are not just endangering the public. They are also opening themselves up to devastating lawsuits if they seriously hurt or kill someone.
GenericPlantAccount
Oh no way. Getting lost at that age IS a sign of dementia and should be considered. No gaslighting.
GenericPlantAccount
But please try to tell them to not drive for the rest of our sakes who may be on the road with them!
GenericPlantAccount
Yes very good to know
GenericPlantAccount
That stuff was so strong!

I loved their lemon. I wonder if people thought I smelled like cleaning products looking back. 🫢
GenericPlantAccount
That sounds delicious
GenericPlantAccount
That bottle! 😍
GenericPlantAccount
I had a Christmas set that had that and all the flankers. There was a lilac I think, a green freshie and maybe a lemon one... 🤔
GenericPlantAccount
Haha! I haven't thought of that in years. Ex•cla•ma•tion! What a cool bottle.

Ah ha.. we must be similar ages. That was the first perfume I bought with my allowance money.

The This is really common in people with diabetes unfortunately. A lot of them go through denial at some point. Leaving her sugar out of control will damage every pp body. It sounds like her endocrinologist should get her to go to a nutritionist so that she can learn more about the disease she has and how to better care for her health.
