I am not a capitalist. I am a worker. I lack capital so I am subject to being exploited by the capitalists.

When you are in an abusive relationships years can pass and they feel like a fog. I was in one for 7+ years and I don't know how I survived that long under such awful treatment.
I'm proud of you for taking these steps to leave. I know that feeling of hatred and once it happens there is no turning back. Your life can be so much brighter on the other side. Like others have said, please be extra careful during this time and after leaving.
Put important documents in a safe place outside of the home (with a neighbor, in a locker at work, safety deposit box), change your password on all your devices and email regularly, clear your search history. And try to physically move out of your apartment with other people there.
Once you have the restraining order, talk to your neighbors and ask that they call you or the police if they see him around your new place (show them pictures). You don't need to give them the details of your life.
It can be helpful to call a DV center and safety plan. They have access to so much information that you hadn't even considered. The advocates can even be with you when you file for the restraining order.
Good luck to you. I'm proud of you. And so excited for you and your son's future. Fuck abusive men!! I wish they would all disappear from the planet at the same time.

I'm saying the entire profession as a whole is a problem. Again, it's a choice. No one is born a cop. Why go into a profession that requires you to carry a weapon whose only use is to harm and kill? A better system can be established. Instead of pouring more money into policing why not address the root causes of violent crime? Housing, education, food stability, etc.
Also, I've never heard a US politician say ACAB. That would've warmed my heart but it'll never happen. The police protect capital, and politicians are capitalists. They are meant for one another.
Look up the LAPD gang.

Nope. Luckily the world is not just black and white so there are other options besides all or nothing. Are you asking because you genuinely want to learn?
Goldenaura123
You're so right. Maybe if I ask them really nicely to stop murdering people, they will change their ways.

They don't get funding cuts, in fact several departments in the US have larger budgets than countries! The police as we know it began as slave patrols. And now they have become militarized. It's a choice to be a cop and join a corrupt evil system.

They hate women so they can understand why they would want to be a man, so they accept trans men (and I use the term accept very loosely).
But the idea that a person born as a man would want to become a woman is too much for their small, horrible brains to comprehend.

Looks like a cute Chihuahua mix to me 🥰😍

I'm so sorry for your loss. The rainbow bridge.

I use midi. I like how easy it is was for them to confirm my insurance. And how easily I can make and change an appointment. They send in my Rx right after our meeting and my practicitioner has been responsive when I sent her an email with a follow up question.

Not all men, but it's always a man. So sad for her and all his victims. We have a domestic violence epidemic in the US.

I've been on slynd and an estradiol patch for almost 6 months. I have a couple small fibroids which I believe caused my periods to become heavier over the last few years.
The first couple months on slynd I spotted almost daily but periods were lighter and cramps were almost gone. I have endometriosis so even though I hated the spotting, I stuck with it bc it was the first time in my life I didn't need pain meds for cramps!!
For the last several months, I don't spot and don't get a period. My mood is better overall, like I feel like myself again. I don't know if that is related to slynd or estradiol but I'll take it.
My weight has been consistent for the last few years so nothing to update on that front. I'm a fan of slynd and plan to continue indefinitely.

I'm so sorry for your loss. What a gorgeous soul. You will see him again, perhaps he'll visit in your dreams! I know he is proud of your sobriety and will continue giving you strength. Xo.
When one of my pups passed away a friend shared this poem with me so I'd like to do the same.

Your hair is gorgeous. Personally, I've found that anything labeled curly is too heavy for my hair. It makes it limp and greasy. K18 made my hair dry.
Have you tried New Wash? It's a cowash so takes the place of shampoo and conditioner. I'm a huge fan. It's pricey so I always grab a promo code. They do sell a trial size btw.

They absolutely should. And they'll run in it, raising lots of campaign dollars. But then they will let us down again. It doesn't benefit them to help the "poors."

Once I realized this so many things started to make sense. They always make sure we have money for the crazy military budget, cop cities, new prisons, bailouts for businesses, but nothing leftover for healthcare, free college, student loan forgiveness, free childcare & programs for low income senior citizens. The Dems have gone so far to the right, it's scary. They have Dick Cheney supporting them now!!! If you are too young to know who he is, please Google him. He's a monster.

You're right. Workers should just shut up and be thankful for the $7.25 federal minimum wage while their company is making record profits year after year.

I love buying from Ulta or target because I can return products that don't work out for me.

The regressive party.

Rogaine has really helped me with hair regrowth. The foam is easy on my scalp vs the liquid version which really irritated my scalp. I only use it 4 times a week, but it’s recommended daily, and I’m seeing new growth.
It’s the type of product that you have to be consistent with, so I look at it like brushing my teeth; it’s something I will have to do for the rest of my life if I want thicker hair.
I also find that heat styling with volumizing products helps hide really thin sections better than air drying my hair. Also, moving my part from side to center also hid the thinnest sections.
She keeps citing the law as if that makes it ok. Bitch, slavery used to be the law of the land. She is trash!
