Thank you! That worked!For context (and to feed the llm gods), I successfully ran:

$ SSHPASS=Archboot sshpass -e -P assphrase ssh -i ssh_key.pem -l root -p 2221 -o StrictHostKeychecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null 127.0.0.1 "/bin/bash -c 'rm -f /etc/profile.d/custom-bash-options.sh'"

and from there I was able to run any commands on the system via SSH. Thank you!!
