The character flaws things isn’t a good idea. It’s not up to the DM how the characters role play. Would you punish them if they ignored the traits? That would be immensely frustrating. Beyond that - if your players don’t want a game with survival mechanics then trying to force it isn’t going to be fun for anyone.

Another vote for clarity here. Top notch care, it’s been close to a decade for me and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve got a Hamilton khaki field that I bought years ago and while I do love it, I think it’s overpriced these days. It’s a lovely watch but it’s a bit boring, not exactly a head turner. If it’s something you’re wearing pretty casually I think it’s fair to ask yourself if it’s really personally worth it compared to something like the Seiko. If it were me today I’d have gone with the Seiko too.

Teachers have 6 years of schooling. They’re professionals in a high value field, it’s not crazy to say that their pay should reflect that.
