Don't worry about. They'll get their hydration from milk. My daughter didn't really drink much she took ages to learn to drink out of a cup not a bottle. They'll get there.

Hey, you're growing a human you're doing amazing writing on top of that. I think you're being too hard on yourself. I think most writers take longer than that to write a draft. Rushing it probably isn't going to help your enjoyment of writing it. Put it aside and get back to it when you can. I've taken very long breaks from writing. But I got back to it. If you love it that much or want to you will too. Some writers have ideas for a while and they go back to them. I'd say try and rest and do something you enjoy before your baby is born.

Only when I'm going somewhere muddy, like a field which is usually once a year. I wear waterproof shoes otherwise

Don't think you can be a writer unless you are a reader. How can you know how it's done? Why would you want to if you didn't like reading?

I find books that tell me everything very boring and I can't get into the story. It's usually first person books that say "I" did this and I did that. No sentence variations and no showing the atmosphere or what happened. I want to watch it like a film not be told everything. But I think it's something that's hard to explain and maybe that's why it's often got wrong and a balance is key.

Support. I'd hate the distant but you have to go where the jobs are. I'd never want to hold my child back. Maybe their negative worries etc and your living situation is bothering them. But you're 18 and many people go off to uni at this age. As long as you have the practicals sorted, place to live, bills etc go for it

The noise is too much for them. You don't need to use a hair dryer. My daughter always has her hair washed at night.

It's your money and if you want to rooms for something else then who cares. Sounds like they're just jealous. It wouldn't have bothered me before I had my daughter. The third bedroom is usually tiny.

Yoga is my go to. But I find once I'm stuck in that anxious mode it takes a short time to settle. I try mediation or yoga. Or ask myself what I need. Comfort, activity, novelty. I to have a list but I keep forgetting about it.

Rest is not unproductive. But I understand the frustration.

Great-Activity-5420

Sounds like you could have a contact napper. My daughter only napped being held. I would watch shows on my phone because nothing worked to get her napping alone

Great-Activity-5420

Three cheers for sweet revenge.

Great-Activity-5420

My daughter only napped being held. Nothing I did made a difference was less stressful to just let her sleep than try to put her down. I got wireless earphones and watched shows and read books on my phone

I wasn't interested in being a parent in my 20s so I had my daughter at aged 34/35. It might've been easier in my 20s but I think I'm wiser now.

I don't have a rule about meals on certain days. It's whatever I can be bothered to cook

Great-Activity-5420

My sister warned me the way I spelt it would mean people say it wrong. I should've listened but I thought that's how everyone said it. And the other name is spelt differently

There's one near me that's a simple meet and greet, it was £8 last year now £10.. but it's a charity. I hate that it's just all extra expense for all the others. Just companies making more money as usual.

Look into self help options, CBT and ACT for example. I find anxiety exercise online helpful and yoga when I do it. There's a website called Getselfhelp that has a free audio that helps you through a panic attack. I guess I'm high functioning which means I learnt to carry on but then nobody knows you're not doing great. Anxiety is a liar and it will make you feel unsafe. It will make you avoid things rather than do them and realise that they aren't so bad. Well after a while

He's a father too, he can't just carry on his social life while you do everything. For me I was alone 7-7 everyday. My daughter only contact napped and as she got older I struggled to eat and go to the toilet without her crying for me. Which sounds like exactly what you're experiencing. My daughter was bottle fed though so my partner did do a night feed. Sorry to say but babies can't play on their own. They very much need their parent or caregiver. I relied on the TV and I also had a play pen because that's the only way I could cook or go to the toilet. You need to have a conversation with your husband. Sometimes I used to think well if we didn't live together you'd have the baby for two days and I'd have a break. Our daughter is four. He changed his job but still home around 6.30. I got through the other side of the baby and toddler stage. But my partner was also more there than your husband. I'm sorry you're struggling some men just don't seem to understand that when they become a father their lives need to change

I found a CBT book helpful. But now I find mindfulness exercises are better and prefer the ideas of acceptance commitment therapy than CBT. I think yoga helps because you move with your breathe and because it can challenge you too yoga with Adrienne on YouTube is my favourite.

I told my partner to take our daughter into the women's. I think he has done but he takes her in the men's too. Children are just forgotten about, there needs to be more family toilets.

It was the 90s/early 00s and written by a man.

Great-Activity-5420

I don't see my reading as junk or solid I just see it all as reading 🤷 a book is a book

Great-Activity-5420

Every other day. I'm on the UK

Great-Activity-5420

I was never offered it but I'm not scared to take it.i just won't. I'm 37 I've convinced Ive been anxious most of my life and I've got this far without medication.
