Nobody expects a driver in their second season two win. Even now, if his form suddenly drops, it would still be reasonable to call ot inexperience. Nobody would fault him for it. At least nobody who is reasonable. Yes, people believe he can win. Or even that he is the favorite to win. But thats different from expectation.

Nobody is outraged when other games get ports years after they come out. Why do you expect it to be the case now?
