It just really doesn't effect you as much as you care. I'd rather leave a bag on a tree for 20 minutes then carry it around because there are no bins.

Do you live in the woods? I wouldn't care about a bag that I see for 5 seconds. You're massively overreacting. It doesn't ruin a walk unless there's hundreds of bags on every tree.

One bathroom per floor is what I expect out of most buildings/apartments. A 2 story house will probably have 2, a 1 story apartment will usually have one. 

That's very disappointing. What do homeless people up there do when it's really really cold? Never lived somewhere with consistent snow. I imagine you have decent homeless shelters but like everywhere not everyone will want to go to one. 

I wonder if homeless people in northern climates ever live in igloos... 

They're just having fun in the snow, don't think anyone is going to freeze. 

Normal igloos are also 5-10 thicker so probably a lot warmer. 

Shame we didn't get to see the inside during a sunny day. Looks cool during the night too though.

Yup, was mostly useless for me. They should be able to "create jobs for the council" in a way. Consider how each person looking for a job already would be able to help out the local area. 

Not even, just if there's work to be done in your area, and you're quality for it. You should be considered, even if it's just litter picking or mowing the grass. 

Roadwork/construction never needed someone to help out and maybe learn a bit? 

So they work a couple days/half days a week and then can spend the other 3-5 "full 8 hour days" they can job search. You're acting like the general public is just fully incompetent. 

I'm sure it'd be fairly easily to change the arbitrary number of hours they want people to search. If you're doing 10-20 hours of work for the council then they could require 10-20 hours less searching. 

Well, yes? There's jobs that need doing and people that need jobs.
