That's nonsense lmao
You could even argue it only really makes sense to pay taxes on it once you have actually paid it off.
actually I just disagree with property taxes for the main residence of real people, multiple properties and companies should always be taxed but not your actual shelter, but that's besides the point here

idk what the other guy was smoking, but I just wanna comment Solanum is actually a moon-woman
Guaymaster
It does! It's called NomaiVR.

The jellyfish are kinda weird yeah. Feldspar's clue implies it (and you even get to go inside the dead one) but it takes a bit of a leap specially because of how jellyfish work irl.

Well, it's active targetted racism against French black people, not the cosmic microwave background racism they usually do.
Essentially some Japanese chuds didn't like that some French protesters rioted while wearing cosplay, and it turned into racial attacks over time.
Guaymaster
It's such a funny coincidence, they were released almost at the same time too.

Perhaps the biggest failing of the community. Like sure, it allows for the purest spoiler free experience, but it also pushes some people away.
OW is a story game at its core, but it's not a visual novel, rather it's an exploration-focused first person 3D open world puzzle game. So essentially you explore a solar system and solve its various mysteries by following breadcrumbs you obtain from dialogue. The satisfaction at solving a mystery after wrecking your head at it for hours is unmatched, but any explanation of the specifics will steal these moments from you, and story spoilers also cannot really be isolated either because they contain the knowledge needed to solve the mysteries, it's a whole conundrum. The story itself and its themes are also very beautiful, the type of thing that changes your outlook.
This game is what some people call a metroidbrainia, where the progress gates are just... knowledge, so being spoiled means you're equivalent to full powered suit Samus right at the landing pad on Brinstar.

The DLC keeps to the same themes and expands on them, and in fact it doesn't shy away from base game spoilers for its own narrative. So if you haven't played the base game it's absolutely worth it in order to play the DLC. If you already have played the base game, you should just go check the new exhibit at the museum.

Hey now, there's always more to explore. The other day I learned there's a third scroll at the hanging city school district that I had never read before, neither in my playthroughs or in the ones I watched, and doesn't show up in the log.

It's a first person 3D puzzle and story game themed around space exploration in a tiny handcrafted solar system. Mysteries abound so take your flying piece of trash... ehr I mean trusty ship and explore the ruins of an ancient civilization and their strange and advanced technologies.
Best played with a controller, it's not that big a problem while on foot but keyboard and mouse make the thrusters all or nothing so piloting the ship becomes quite hard.

Iirc it's actually pretty simple: they didn't have any draw animals.
I'm not sure about the claim that they didn't use wheels at all though.

Araki: and the sky was fucking yellow

Mhh but in his case being "white passing" is a kinda a plot point. And he's not really passing, he's just white, the person the KKK mob thought was his father is not actually his biological father.
Guaymaster
No, Weather and Pucci are biological twins of an Italian immigrant family. Weather, however, was kidnapped right after birth by a woman who was married to a black man. Pucci uses this fact to sic the KKK on Weather (as everyone except Pucci and the mother herself would think he's mixed race even if he passes as fully white) to prevent him from dating Perla (who is their sister).

It's more like we have a border agreement but it kinda just happens to not work in that area (essentially, where water drains to the Pacific it's Chile, and where it drains to the Atlantic it's Argentina, but this glaciar region is not consistent about it and keeps shifting), and it also happens to be an uninhabitable sheet of ice so we don't pay much attention to it.
Guaymaster
The vast majority of Argentinians have never seen a Santa Cruz map up close, and the gap is too small to be seen in a full country map, but it's true there's a very conspicuous straight line that spikes into the ice field, it kind of resembles the shape of Chad.

No no I get it too, like I didn't know what a hyrax was until I entered this thread and then saw the wikipedia page, but it looks like the most average critter ever. It doesn't look like it has any unique characteristic, it's just "mammal".

I think it's more like, the higher ups already got what they wanted with her when she was like 7 (so she's not involved in nominally illegal experiments), and also really need at least one of the Level 5s to be a mostly normal person with an easy to understand power (Accel and Kakine are NG, Mugino's backstory and why she's in the Dark side will probably be revealed over time in this series, the number 6... yeah, Gunha might be a weirdo but he's aight, the problem is that he's a gemstone and no one, not even him knows how his power works, and lastly Misaki's mental powers are probably too threatening to outsiders, on top of being hard to fully explain), a public face for Academy City to point at to get international support.
Dark side members probably look down on her as a member of the surface of Academy City, rather than avoid her.
Guaymaster
Yep, I didn't know before but it's actually just available by default.

The minecraft community in general. A lot of people don't like the older textures from the Notch era being changed for ones that are better by every measurable metric (at least most of the time).
And I totally get it, I'm one of them. The original textures are closely tied to the identity of Minecraft. Everyone knows what minerals look like, what dirt/grass looks like, and what cobblestone looks like. They don't look like that anymore, but they are technically better, more easily recognisable and accessible for people with visual impairments, etc. No disrespect to the current artists and devs, but it just feels corporate.
All that said, it's as simple as getting a texture pack to revert it, at least most of the time.
