What if they made the perks swappable like mods. I think that would fix this issue. Made the post a while back but got no traction. Also I agree with the annoying hidden (in a menu) perk issue, makes dismantling a chore.

Agreed, why go the way of treating the new supers like they aren't in the same sub class.
