I was talking about minimal animations. I’ve seen this kind of graphic style even before the AI era, but it’s also true that AI now produces this or even better results (what a load of nonsense to call LLMs as “AI”).

2026 - any update about this? - I would like to se an option for harder AI - better covering, flanking, more units come to fight, run from vehicles.

Jitter typically results from the fact that the different systems update the transforms at different times. Try setting the following on the Rigidbody attached to the hand: Interpolation = Interpolate
See if that solves the problem.

Check to see if the hand or its target is being moved in Update().
Is there an Animator, IK, or constraint that resets the hand’s position in LateUpdate()?
The PuppetMaster must run after FixedUpdate.
FixedUpdate -> PuppetMaster / Rigidbody simulation -> Physics -> LateUpdate

It's expensive for this, and problems arise at certain angles.

It depends on the level of vertex detail you're working with. If there’s enough detail—for example, if you create a gradient and bake it onto the vertices as a vertex color based on their world position, then apply the rock detail in the triplanar shader (base color multiplied, normal, etc.)—it’s best to work with two UV and use a different tile in the second one to hide the tiling pattern.
There are several triplanar solutions available in the Unity Asset Store. One that isn’t expensive is the UV-Free Triplanar Shader Pack.
