There's not a lot to it really. Select the correct size cuff for your girth, too large and the blood will not be retained in the penis and the erection will fade quickly, too small and the cuff will be painful and difficult to remove. Apply a water based lubricant to the penis, place the cuff on the flask, put the tip of the penis into the cuff, pump the vacurect a few times to pull the penis into the flask. Carry on pumping until a full election has formed. Break the seal between the flask and the cuff then remove the flask leaving the cuff at the base of the penis. Correct sizing of the cuff is important. Breaking of the seal by manually pulling at the edge of the cuff is stupid, the manufacturer should of incorporated a vacuum release button on the flask. The other thing I don't like is the width of the flask, I find it too small as I fill the whole diameter. There's loads of videos on YT showing its use.

Over the last 10 years I've owned 5 penis pumps, here's my spin. The 1st one was a branded automatic medical grade device, personally I would not recommend auto devices as they lack the finesse required. There can be very little between the build quality of medical and sex shop devices. I have and still use a bath mate with the external bulb pump. I would recommend the brand although they are expensive. Copies of these can be had at a fraction of the price. I currently own a non brand manual medical grade style device with a stepless flask so that a cock ring can be loaded onto it. Again this purchase was a fraction of the price of similar branded items. The stepless flask feature sets these types of device apart from the sex shop products. Finally my last purchase was a vacurect copy which was 1/10 the price of the real product. I bought this as it provides a fuss free way to pre-load my penis before using an injectable. I find that this design is somewhat too small in diameter and breaking the seal to remove can be difficult. I assume this is unique to the copy. The last one on my list was a sex shop auto style pump, this was a dangerous liability. When I was using it it sucked one of my testicles through the silicone seal into the flask. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone as intense pain tends to inhibit your fine motor skills which are crucial whilst cutting the silicone ring off of your trapped testicle.

The vast majority of penis pumps are crap and not fit for purpose. However medical grade are somewhat different and can be used in 2 ways, 1st as an aid to form an erection so that penetrative sex can be performed and 2nd as a form of physiotherapy to prevent penile atrophy due to ED or lack of NPT. The main difference between sex shop toys and a proper VED is that the latter has a stepless flask opening and a loading cone. These feature allow the constriction ring to be loaded onto the flask wall before vacuum is applied. Once the penis is hard the ring is rolled off of the flask onto the base of the penis where it retains the blood and then the pump is removed. For this to work correctly the ring needs to be sized properly. There's videos on YT that describes the process but essentially you need to select the ring that allows the erection to be maintained for 10 minutes before it subsides. Medical grade devices are much more expensive than sex shop brands but you can get knock offs of these for a 1/5 of the price if you shop around. The process of using one as physiotherapy is simple in that you use it 3 or 4 times a week to form a series of very quick erections, ie under 5 seconds a bit like penis push ups.

Just my thoughts having used electric, manual, sex shop and medical grade types along with a bath-mate. My preferred device is the bath-mate with the external hand bulb, second to that is the manual medical grade device. I'm not a fan at all of the electric pump devices as they are brutal and once I had one suck a testicle through the seal into the flask. I had to cut this off and was bruised as a result but it could of been worse. I've seen great improvement in my attrophy since using these devices as recommended by my urologist. If you are interested in a medical grade device have a look on eBay, there's quite a few non branded devices that are identical to the high price tag branded versions. These have a stepless flask allowing you to load a cock ring onto it before vacuum is applied to the penis. Once an erection has formed the cock ring is pushed off of the flask onto the penis base and the flask removed.

A pump can be used in different ways and depending on your intention you will need to buy the correct vacuum erection device for the task. It sounds like you are looking to form an erection for intercourse and therefore you will be using a retention ring (cock ring). You will need a medical grade device rather than a sex shop pump. These have a stepless flask and a removable conical tool so that a cock ring can be loaded onto the base of the flask. Once the erection has been created under vacuum the ring is pushed onto the base of the penis and then the flask removed. For this to be effective the ring has to be correctly sized and this can require a bit of trial and error to get right. You can even load more than one ring if one isn't sufficient to retain the blood. Most medical grade devices come at a high cost but there are non brand items of equal quality available on eBay for a 1/4 of the price. Personally I would recommend a manual pump version over an electrically powered one, I've had both. The reason for this is that it allows for more precise application of the vacuum, you don't just go at it hell for leather. It takes a little while for the blood to move into the penis and the vacuum needs to be adjusted as the erection forms. I've owned branded and unbranded VED's and this is the one I currently use, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/384481617612?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=ygztya6jqee&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY VED's can also be used as a form of physiotherapy, urologists recommend their use to reverse penile attrophy by creating several short duration (less than 5 seconds) erections. Since I've been using one I've seen great improvement in erection quality and reversed the atrophy that I had suffered.

Google retrograde ejaculation, the constriction can make the fluid reroute into the bladder. There are some commonly prescribed drugs that can make this happen as well. I've had this occur many times due to meds for pain and BPE. It caused an argument the 1st time it happened as my wife thought I'd faked orgasm.

Penis pumps can be used for different purposes and the intended use dictates the type you purchase. The medical grade ones are stepless and allow a medical cock ring to be loaded onto the flask. This is pushed onto the penis once an erection has formed. Sex shop pumps don't allow this. Go for a manual pump as this allows you to be more precise when applying the vacuum. You don't have to pay a fortune for a branded medical grade pump, non branded ones can be had for a 1/5 of the price on eBay.

Never heard that line about fluoride toothpaste but I think there's evidence that using mouthwash destroys the bacteria that creates nitric oxide. Google suggests there's very limited evidence to support what the Dr told you.

Have a look at the danger that ultra processed foods (UPF) present to consumers. A few of your posted foods seem to fall into this category. UPF have been found to trigger over-consumption and may be a least partly responsible for your cravings. A UPF is classified as any food with 5 or more ingredients and made with methods not available in the a domestic setting.
