I will check it out later, since you seem authentic. Thanks for being open!

Correct, why would I click something that looks like spam?

I thought this was a QR code from the thumbnail lol

I want an option to rebind pause. I keep hitting it on accident with my left thumb. I just want to turn it off entirely.

I agree with this one. Risk is part of that equation, of course. It’s not profitable for a debtor to file bankruptcy. But it’s really more for the banks “does this person represent a source of revenue via interest charges?”

A second note, somewhat related, however, is that I've always wanted to do a TAS of NOLF but I was not able to nail down the source of psuedorandomness. Feeding the executable a set time didn't seem to do it. Maybe this is something that your port can help us identify.

Well I won't presume to speak for all speedrunners, but broadly speaking the core rules are fairness consistency. Any glitch or tech used in a speedrun must be exactly the same. A run on 1999 hardware should have the same basis as one on 2026 hardware.
It's likely that a ported engine will never satisfy this, because of architectural differences - pseudorandom behavior for example could give a runner an inadvertent advantage over other runners.

I’ve had both and they’re great.

Exactly! Theoretically it’s possible to pay income tax and then never spend money, therefore avoiding sales tax. It’s simply a skill issue.

I had a similar one recently. Website’s reset password form requires it to be typed twice for validation. Nothing unusual there, of course. But when it kept rejecting my auto-generated password manager’s new password I had to look closer.
The first of the fields was set to have a limit of 16 characters but the second field was not. Since one got truncated when autofilling both, they would never match. There was nothing on the page that indicated there was a character limit.
At least it was getting rejected rather than silently truncating it. This was a paid service my job uses, so at least I had a support address I could email.

Is there anyone else in the house that would use the computer, even for what they consider an innocent purpose? Do you trust them to be as competent as you 100% of the time?

One of the few games I had as a kid, and since I could make my own levels you know I played it a lot.

Yep. Don’t even need to hook up the monitor part.

This happened somewhere that I worked. A niche manufacturer thought they could sell direct at MSRP and keep a bigger profit. At the same time, they cut us off entirely. We still needed to sell something in that category, so their next biggest competitor suddenly had a boost in visibility and availability.
Meanwhile the first company learned that selling individual items to individual customers was a lot more difficult than shipping pallets in bulk to us. Turns out they learned that we had shielded them from all the nitty-gritty work of dealing with customers, returns, fraud, etc.
After a few years of this they came back, but never recovered their market share because their competitor was being heavily sold by us at that point. Fun lesson.

I called a locksmith and had to deal with an AI receptionist. I called another one, got a real person and had a locksmith shortly later. I don’t want to talk to robots.

I’m about to replace battery 2, but on my own dime. Seems to be a thing with these. The original and current one were by the dealer. Since I’m getting the bill now I’m going to try and get a good one so hopefully it can withstand whatever is going on better than these did.

This was me the last time I looked at phone case reviews. “It broke when I dropped it” hmm but you don’t say your phone broke, right?

I like the physical controls under the screen. I don’t remember if that changed between those years but I think it did? It’s something to consider.

This is a nice pattern.

Here you go. I should do a new update of this soon.

Imagine a plow turning around while pushing snow. Where does the snow stop? Wherever the plow stopped moving forward. OP would have a pile of snow right in the dead center of his driveway. Not the easiest thing to deal with compared to an untouched driveway.
I almost believe that it was real, then I thought it was gay porn, then I realized it was a skit. I’m almost as confused as these two dudes.
