I'd kinda argue that her dungeon ending is just her ending up where she's called to be. She's swapping bio-moulding for mech (and you can't tell me didn't load those suckers to the gills in an enhancement zone) and after what she's been through pre-Collapse, there's no way she's not going to kick the butt/tail/flipper/worm...thing of anyone who messes with the littles.

In my head, she's a pregnant guardian of the pregnant, unborn, children, and childless. Mecha-Hestia who's going to choke out Eileithyia with her bear bare hands at the pivotal moment.

But on the table-level, here’s a great chance to hook the crew for exploration. Maybe the map is old IG and they’re hired to explore to see what’s still accurate. Maybe they’re on their last legs and heading for a safe Pirate Bay and it turns out to be overrun with zombies while it’s holding the supplies they need to survive to get elsewhere. Maybe the map is salvaged from a captured pirate ship after the captain attempted to destroy it and it turns out the crew’s benefactor is actually a government agent and they have to pick between pirate and privateer.

My personal feelings on AI aren't fit for a polite subreddit.

Let's leave aside the ecological, financial, and sociological problems that come with AI.

Cognitive offloading to AI, even for "brainstorming" and such, is a significant problem in schools and the world around us. If the kid is sitting there for 20 minutes then an example of either lack of assistance or it's weaponized apathy. Ask a friend, ask classmate, ask a teacher.

I’m pretty sure at least one of my 30 minute videos clocked in around 4 hours because I kept forgetting to go back to the tab.

Unfortunately, the principal and VP are both pushing for more AI garbage in classroom so they can dump even more work on teachers. I want nothing to do with it.

100% going as Chromebook free as administration will allow this year.

That’s a significant plan for me but does anyone have suggestions for take home or students with extended time? I had several students last year literally print out the AI result and hand copy it.
