Oh man, well I wish you well!

Higgles__38

I couldn’t find my own images but I wonder if the sacral vertebra have some narrowing going on. But I’m no dr :/ i wish I could access my own images to compare. I’ve had MRIs of every part of my spine and pelvis so it would be cool. But I hope you find some answers! It’s hard to find a dr that will listen and work with you. My advice is don’t bad mouth the previous dr when you switch. I’ve made that mistake and the dr never really took me seriously

Higgles__38

They look like chiggers, have you been doing any lawn work?

Higgles__38

Absolutely, he’s done so much for me and by his grace I’m saved 🥰

Higgles__38

I actually just started taking tramadol for my pain with celebrex. I don’t take it everyday, but on the days I know my job is going to demand more from me. Or I wake up in a lot of pain I’ll take it. I don’t want to be an everyday opioid user. Nothing wrong with that if that’s what’s needed, but for me I just take as needed. Thankfully my doctor is so willing to work with me! Also I’m on hadlima and it sucks

Higgles__38

Hmm, no I don’t have any gum sensitivity at all. I have sensitive teeth because the roots on some are showing which really sucks. But cutting sugar down and basically no soda has helped that. I actually like the dentist because their chairs are super comfy and don’t make me hurt.

Higgles__38

Yeah that’s very true, that’s really good advice right there

Higgles__38

That’s most men’s dream lol but doesn’t help the problem :/ might need the blue pill. No shame in that, every man will statically go through a period of ED

Higgles__38

I’m on gabapentin 300mg 3 times daily and it does help. Paired with celebrix it’s manageable

Higgles__38

Yeah I feel ya, i feel your level 1 everyday.

I seem to have a blended version of your 2 and 3. I almost always have the fague dull pain. But it’s paired with more intense pain in my back or legs :/ nerve pain going down the back or front of them.

Level 4 is really rare for me, but it usually happens when I push myself too hard…which is all the time 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m bad about knowing my limits. But it also comes with extreme fatigue and affects me for days after. It’s awful, thank you so much for sharing!

Higgles__38

Probably trying to get girls to comment so he can then dm them lol

Higgles__38

Good for you!!! I’m not giving up that’s for sure! It’s been a long journey, but I’m stubborn lol

Higgles__38

Oh yeah, I see a sleep dr to monitor my sleep apnea, that’s actually how I started taking gabapentin to help with restless legs. I sleep so bad, I take 1mg kolonpin, 300mg gabapentin and I think 750mg of methocarbamol (muscle relaxer) just to stay asleep and not thrash around.

Higgles__38

It’s ok, you aren’t rambling! This stuff can be very scary! You have a lot of the issues that I have, driving is awful for me and I’m on pain medicine to help me since I do drive a lot for work. Most of my find were from MRIs, idk where you are location but in my area in TN rheumatologists are super rare. I’m having to wait for a new one since memorial decide my drs office wasn’t making enough $$$. Totally bogus and blinded my Dr, but such is life. You’ll get there! Thankfully it sounds like you got a good pcp to help out until then! Feel free to dm me if you have any questions or just need to vent. It can really help and it sounds like we have a lot of the same issues :/

Higgles__38

For me it’s both, nerve pain in my legs and idk even know what’s going on in my back. But stretches don’t help and it hurts. I guess I do have 5 herniated discs, but to them it’s “not that bad”

Higgles__38

That’s a really good way to look at it! Yeah I’m trying to manage pain 1 and 2. I don’t feel like my biologic is doing anything…humira was way better

Higgles__38

What kind of crate does he have? He might have to much space maybe. I would make sure he has nothing in the crate for him to pee on as well. It sounds like (not a trainer) he’s accustomed to going in his crate and other places. Just because he knows it’s wrong doesn’t mean he will stop. I also wouldn’t cut his water at 5…maybe 7. But that’s a long time for a pup to go without water.

It might suck, but getting up every few hours and taking him out so he doesn’t go at night might be the solution. Watch him like a hawk during the day and if you catch him in the act don’t hit him or shove his face in it. But makes a loud noise and startle him. I’ve even heard some people put coins in a coke can and shake it when they catch their dog. It can help a lot!

Higgles__38

My first thought is you’re over stretching, we have to find that fine line of a good stretch but not to far that it impacts the muscle and makes it tighter.

Best thing is stretch everyday, and be gentle. Go until you feel a small but noticeable stretch, hold for 20 seconds then release. Do it 3 times and then stop. That’s what my PT told me to do and it’s worked. Anything more than a semi relaxed stretch can put you backwards instead of forwards.

Higgles__38

I know it’s hard because I think all of us have been in your situation, or at least anxious about the results of their MRI. But try not to be too anxious about it, wait and see what your dr says. I also doubt your dr will reverse anything or stop the biologics. Who knows why this MRI is different, but you gotta stay positive. Even when it’s really hard! It’s gonna be ok 😁 did you get all your MRIs done at the same place?

Higgles__38

There’s hardly any of us equipped to read any MRIs or X-rays. But you could always get a second opinion just in case. Have you seen your Dr after you got these?

Higgles__38

Yes, since you are beyond step one you have to finish it before you can fight Giovanni again

Higgles__38

You’re very welcome 😁

Higgles__38

I try not to judge, but i definitely have noticed it and it does bother me. I just hope those who are seeking advice take what the commenters spend time giving. We are supposed to be a community and help everyone 😁 personally I like chatting with people and understanding where they are coming from. Just having a nice conversation can be super helpful.

Did they work you up to that dose or just start you off on it?
