That's not true. Many strive for "blizz-like" specifically. Most of the differences you'll find are simple things like XP multipliers or vendors selling hard to find stuff, just to speed along the casual nostalgic visitor's journey.
On the contrary, real custom content takes a lot of dev effort, and isn't shared the way blizz-like content is open sourced. Inevitably they chase donations to support that effort, commercialise too close to the sun, and get sued into oblivion. RIP Project Ascension, for example.

That all got merged in uhhh I think 2026.6? I haven't tried it myself yet, just remember it in the changelogs.

That thing really has plenty of punch to catch itself at the bottom of a dive huh. Starting to think the 1219S props on the freestyle edition are far too steep for the tiny motors.

Neither does a truck with a Jake brake? It's not a separate brake, not in the sense that anything is mechanically grabbing anything. It's not operated by exhaust pressure either, though it sure produces pressure in the exhaust.
It's just regular engine braking, but instead of intake-compression-expansion-exhaust (where you only shed energy as friction) it's intake-compression-exhaust. It blows the compressed air out the exhaust instead of letting it spring the piston back down. It's engine braking plus. It's variable valve timing for the worst possible engine efficiency.
That's why it sounds like the exhaust note of an engine making power but weird. It is making pulses of compressed air into the exhaust pipe as each exhaust valve opens. And that's really all it does.

Eat shit and die, basically. Privacy is dead. Submit to technofascism or be an outcast forever. 😘

Why did you update the firmware? Unless there's specific features of new betaflight you need, put the original version and preset back on it and just go fly.

Having trouble with Uart2 not saving.
Can you explain your problem with maybe more than one sentence of detail? Walk us through what you're doing, what you expect to happen, what actually happens, etc.

What prices?
Read every other recommendation thread for recommendations.
"Analog Box Goggles from AliExpress" doesn't mean anything and is almost definitely garbage. Get brand name Eachine EV800D or else Skyzone Cobra SD or something, whatever is available to you that supports 4:3 aspect ratio. Nothing cheaper than those two is worth having.

People have been trying to remake WoW private servers for more than 10 years now and at best they can just approximate the quests you get in the game, and have to make up their own stuff instead.
Have you played a private server in the last ten years? AzerothCore is amazingly "blizz-like". The volume of the game that just works correctly is huge.

Vibe coding does mean slop. That's why I still get paid even though I'm not actually writing the code any more. Because I moderate the slop. Because we code for quality, not for vibes.

You generally don't want it to spring to centre just because well why would you. Centre of the throttle stick has no significance (except to 3D flying I suppose). If anything you'd want it to spring to zero. Mostly you want no spring so that is easier to sit at a constant throttle to cruise around, and so you can move your hand to hit switches without the throttle shooting to 50%. Hands off the controller = nothing happens.
It doesn't matter to the drone though, no. It doesn't know the difference. You can fly it however you want.
You'll adjust quickly though I suspect. It'll be weird for a while but you'll get over it.

What do you have now? Going from 1x16GB to 0x16GB would certainly degrade your own experience.

I don't need these features enough to run an early open source firmware myself, but this is cool as hell. Running off low power inputs is surely useful to anyone with an pre-USB C PD battery bank they want to get some use out of.
Admirable work 🫡

Isopropyl is useful for so many things I think every household should have some.

So any use at all of LLMs is vibe coding?
Anyone "in the tech industry" knows there's a difference between running the first suggestion at the top of a Google search and reviewing the search results, considering the alternatives, and refining the search as needed. Do you think perhaps the same concept might extend to LLM usage? (That's rhetorical, by the way)

Really curious what you think "vibe coding" means

I had one black canopy and it lasted way less time than any of the clear ones I used. So yeah I suspect the dyeing process might do something to material properties.

Being the best option years ago, partially because of how easy it was to build and distribute new tracks matching the real ones and practice them in multiplayer, doesn't make it the best sim for everyone of all flying styles in the current era. 🤷

The signal always comes first, then the receiving devices
And you, personally, had to build your own TV station before you bought the TV?
You're still not getting my point. People intuitively think that buying a better receiver is how you improve what you're receiving, because that's how every other audiovisual radio signal they've used before works. I don't give a shit how television works, THE POINT YOU AREN'T GETTING is that 99% of people have never before been responsible for the transmission.
Write less, read more, maybe you'll get a clue one day. Holy hell dude.

They do also have some sensitivity directly backwards too, plus there's reflections, so have the two out front at 45ish degrees apart would still give you enough sensitivity to loop around right behind yourself coming in for landing or whatever.
An omni might be the typical partner and more versatile but typically you're sitting off to the side of the flyable area anyway.
I don't think OP needs to buy a new antenna immediately, is all I'm saying. They just need to direct these ones more appropriately.

Yeah, if it's so unskilled why does it need to be redone every... what, 8 years at most, if he's been in the exact same house his entire adult life?

You don't have to be licensed to operate a vehicle to insure it. I don't think you even have to be the owner, technically. You're just placing a bet about whether that vehicle will be damaged in accordance with certain rules in the next year/month (whatever the period is).
Those rules do include that the driver is licensed but don't usually require that it's you. Or they do, with extra excess if it's not.

Apparently the HDZero ones are specifically called "Mobula 6 HD" yeah. I found a few online sales listings showing the box. Pretty sure you are "a dumbass" yes, your words! 😁 Jk bro easy to confuse these things and hard to figure out later when you have no idea what's going on any more.
Hey at least whatever HDZero goggles do analog too, pretty sure they've always supported both. Yay!
Time to put your preferred betaflight version back on there and find a tuning preset for it.

I don't think they're meaning to dumbly wire all the antennas together, I think they just mean to physically mount them that way on a goggle that does some sort of 4-input diversity.
Eh kinda kinda not. Definitely not as easy as that photo looks. I run the strap pretty loose for comfort though which doesn't help. Although I never really shuffle the back down either. Even when it sits there you're still waving around... well, not a lot of weight, but weight far away from your head. So yes but it's awkward.
I'm actually planning to make a neck strap for mine, like these glasses cords but obviously a little more robust.
