Looking at it, it's uncannily close to the flag of the South Korean National Liberation Front

More than enough oil in Galicia-Lodomeria and Romania, which fits the borders well; for Rubber, build a fleet and be in Benin!

Ladakh is oft-mentioned as being harder, Chitral also comes pretty close. Primary culture with no (!!!) homelands and barely any pops, 200ish k, a mini-military, with only Kafiristan being a viable target (or, more typically, players playing Kafiristan going the other way around, invading Chitral.
Bhutan can at least somewhat reliably survive, but Chitral is meat for the Afghan unifier. They can't even form Afghanistan, ffs!

A decent suit, assuming you're frequently required to wear one. You can go much more expensive, ofcourse, or bargain bin Primark tier, but the 1k is enough for something that isn't a hassle to move in.

Gangsters: Organized Crime
Pre-planning moves turn-based with live-action play-out including options to alter the action, like making a runner when things pan out poorly, with a surprisingly tough and flexible computer oppo to go with it. It's mechanics opened up an avenue for later RPGs and I'd argue it's still the top mob simulator in the field.
If only it'd run on a modern OS...

You can keep the Brits out and the Ottomans sick with one simple trick. Obviously, improve relations with the Austrians and the Russians.
Meanwhile (the trick), invade the Arabian states and move your fleet to Sudan. Snag Jabal Shammar, then seize the Trucial States off the Brits thru naval invasion with the now-nearby fleet. This blocks off the British during the inevitable Ottoman 1841 invasion. Once the Ottomans come, invite the Russians by promising a free Bulgaria. Add liberate Iraq, no need to snag anything this war (save the infamt for more valuable goodies such as the East African coast). Defend on the main front. Let the Russians do the work while you knock out the side fronts (Tripoli).
If you don't take too much they'll come again later, only to be inevitably beaten with their Peasant Levies.

Cuba actually has a bunch of railways - the whole being-long aspect of the country makes it rather useful. Not that it was originally meant for passengers - it was originally constructed for the shipment of sugar. Perfect for our Tropico!

Better energy system. More grid possibilities instead of closest input first. Less of a "one worker hasnt arrived yet so the whole system now faces brownout".

Ah, the Fergana Valley, one of the few naturally lush regions of Central Asia, breadbasket of the region since times immemorial, hence settled by most ethnic groups of the region and then split over which group lived where. Lots of very small, odd-shaped enclaves there - the more one'd zoom in, the more NSFW it gets.

That'll work! Remember that your house is considered incomplete once you've taken out a wall, and you'll have to re-assign those villagers to the house.

Oh, I wasn't talking about shipping bulk cargo, but about bulk workers! Due to the whole travel time/waiting at port limits and expense of ships it's often a dubious suggestion, but with such installations either the fast later ships or the (very) cheap early passenger boat en masse seems somewhat viable.

And ofcourse refueling along the way so it'll take a (dirt) road in anyways. But that is still a cheaper and generally more effective set-up than going all-in on bridges and roads

Looks like your nearest settlement is about 3km away. It's just about close enough for a heavy cableway.
Buses are always an option. Normally, I'd staff mines by rail. But for this scenario, that'd be quite a drive around the lake.
How do you plan to move the ore? Probably by ship. This is one of the few instances where shipping in workers (especially with the faster ships) seems viable.

That's why you always turn on the option to make it a dedicated Mixed Waste dump: even if there's only 0.01 tons of Metal Scrap in the dump, it'll stay in the Mixed Waste form.

I wonder if it might be a "mid-way" DLC, with the Western-themed game underway: a massive pack of Western vehicles and the like. Or something along those lines.
A Consumer Goods production pack (and new/revamped consumer demands) would be awesome

The reason why you wouldn't want internal migration to states you're concentrating development in is taxation. Although it's generally ill-advisable to focus on tax capacity as a high pop nation, states barely over tax cap are prime candidates to focus development in. Tax waste doesn't return to pops and gets destroyed instead. Allowing for migration leads to pop growth thus and increased tax cap requirements.

Once got one with fiefs for free - but that was with a Lord (and most of their Realm) in Prison, on +100 Relations, with a few family members released and a recent ruler clan switch in that realm. A high-tier Clan can easily be worth over a million. Don't go too far though - might as well create a few Compagnion Clans from time to time.

There's a tickbox in the scrapyard which allows for sorting while scrapping! It adds a few workdays, but it's a built-in waste sorting.
Too much wind erosion, too little in the way of rain. It's just one tier of arableness above desert; the steppes border desert in Central Asia and China.
It can be worked but requires a lot of investment in irrigation and, above all, windbreaks/shelterbelts. That took till the 20th century in most steppes and weren't an universal success (think of Kazakhstan: despite heavy investment in some regions they remain relatively low-productivity and much of the country remains unsuitable for agriculture); the steppes where such measures came earlier are not classified as such in-game.
