Humans are all different.

Just like not every male is a hunk, not every girl is a supermodel.

No matter how unfairly negative your view is of yourself (for whatever reason or past trauma…not here to judge), there is someone out there who either doesn’t care or can see past the exterior flaws.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Therefore…there definitely is someone out there amongst the 8 billion people who just might be the right person for you. She may not be conventionally attractive… but if you aren’t either, who cares.

And just one last note. Attitudes can be way more of a problem than physical attributes when it comes to looking for love. Don’t go down the incel road…

In most orgs, managers would report up through a director (dependent on region).

Then, those directors would collectively report up to a VP, SVP, President, then C Suite. Depending on org size, certain titles may be used and others not.
