thats why I was hoping for the "real stats" spreadsheet like we had with ac7. we'd have a much better idea how they actually perform since the bars in game cant be trusted. also the spreadsheet had weapon info like actual damage amount plus how each part effects them, etc.

it was very cool and cant come soon enough to ac8

not just cpu bound but VRAM bound scenarios it struggles the most. dlss costs ram most of all, so its definitely not free fps like some people think

I agree. im fine with super planes being the best and having the best weapons but I didnt like how useless some planes seemed in comparison in ac7. in reality, there are things even an f16 is better at than a raptor or su57.

has anyone found rhe real stats in the game files yet? I loved the spreadsheet someone made for ac7. it was very cool seeing exactly why the mig 21 was one of the most agile planes in the game despite the in game stats making it look worthless.

you can usually trust the planes max speeds will be semi accurate (like the mig 31 being the fastest at around 1850 kts, like in real life. or the f15 being very high as well) but otherwise, the stats are kinda bogus like in ac8 where the typhoon has better maneuverability than the rafale 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 total nonsense but I bet the real stats will show differently​

would a mig 31 not be the best option? or f15? also curious if a mig 21 with mgp and every speed part would do it. I miss PSLS LOL

Oh bro, theres zero doubt on that. Mw19 looks better by a mile on xbox one but there are some massive differences. This is on a much newer engine and its main target is MUCH more powerful consoles

With MW2019 it was made for ps4 and at the end of the generation so they were about as good as humanly possible at getting every last ounce of performance out of it, while with this, its a console they've never developed for before, with a game thats really made with much stronger hardware in mind

Yea, the results are terrible and not even close to as good as other games on switch 2, but every game is different 

If youre really having that much of an issue with the joycons, thats 1000% on you. Tweak the settings or just get a little bit used to them. They are completely viable for fps. Not the best sticks ever by any means but they are on par with most controllers and a lot better Even than xbox 360 or ps3 controllers thats for sure. Git gud

The phone version is a bad comparison, totally different engine. Otherwise youre right. Switch 2 can run this much better than it is but they clearly are either doing a piss poor job at optimizing it or they havent optimized it yet at all (which is possible)

Nah. It looks pretty bad and a lot worse than expected. I mean its call of duty, not Stalker 2 or some UE5 game that runs like trash. CoD games have always ran like butter and this one simply doesnt at all, even for switch 2

Look at Cyberpunk on switch 2 and explain why it looks this bad because that game is so much more demanding than any cod game and yet looks a shit ton better

Plus, thats not what hes worried about. If the game isnt on the cartridge, you dont really own it at all. Its a glorified rental, and it fucks over game preservation.  Plus it  also means that youre wasting precious storage space. The internal switch storage is only 256 gb and micro sd express card prices are out of control right now because of AI ($350 for a 1 tb). 

Not to mention, the fuck is the point of a physical game cartridge if nothing is on it? Lol 

Every cod is a cash grab.  Activision are literally the kings of cash grabs and have been forever.
