Got rid of the weeds there and, after moving into a new build, have had zero weed issues on the areas they treat. For 1 acre it is $196 x 6 treatments per year, I think it was ~$100 x 6 when we were on a 1/3 acre lot.

Jake Ahrens for mowing, I have always mowed my own yard but needed help this year after an injury. Very consistent, and quick. For 1 acre it is $120 per mow, no idea on smaller lot rate.

It isn't that they were getting free power, they paid for electricity used. Issue is that the increased demand requires new power generation which, is being spread out to all customers.

When new data centers are proposed now, you will see that they have power generation included in the proposal. This helps with power concerns but increases localized impact concerns (noise, light, air quality, etc.).

Rockwall's traffic issues unique in that, for anyone wanting to get across the lake, there are only two in town options.

Previously lived in Plano and commuted to Dallas. If there was a wreck on 75 you had options, Greenville, Coit, Plano, Jupiter, Preston, or DNT depending on where you were coming from and going to. With Rockwall you options are 30 and 66. When one has issues the other is completely hosed.

What is your definition of long distance? 5, 10, 15 20+? And how far are you willing to drive? White Rock Lake is a great option with ~9 mile loop.

You probably won't be able to get distance and views in Rockwall. Anything will likely be a mix of park/road/sidewalk. Unless you like doing lots of loops.
