I've seen cars do this regularly, too. Just yesterday, I saw a car completely blow a red on LSD and almost hit a cyclist crossing off the trail. It's not unique behavior in cyclists, and only one of them is in a killing machine.

I love franco. He's one of my top 5 favorite drivers on the grid right now, and I'm worried the same thing is going to happen to him. I wish fans could just be normal.

You also benefit from the those programs. Clean air, water, food free from pathogens, investment in scientific research, roads and infrastructure, public libraries and education. If anything, the last 2 years taught us how much the government does for us now that so much of it is fucked.

I'm in academia in the humanities, and I 100% agree with you. The number of times I've gone to a paper by a big name in a field and been thoroughly confused and/or underwhelmed is telling. When I was a less secure, newer academic, I assumed I was the one who didn't understand. But now, I realize that their research is just bullshit.

Unfortunately, most problems don't have an easy answer. I think the let's problem isn't that they don't have an easy answer; it's that we've created a society where we assume everything will and can't handle nuance.

Because the real answer is we need real research into women and women's sports and real investment. We don't know how much being on estrogen affects someone who is AMAB. They answer is going to greatly vary from sport to sport as to what "fair" looks like.

The bigger issue, imo, is that sports are literally a game and shouldn't be as serious/important as they are in our society. Maybe a person's ability to afford college shouldn't depend on how fast they could run.

Anyway, most of these ppl also give 0 actual shits about women's sports, which is the part that answers me the most.
