Annnnd... that's been my point. If the rifle is zeroed for my friend, and when I bring the rifle up to where I personally have my cheek weld etc. and aim at the same target but because my head is in a slightly off position then my shot would be slightly off.

It's not poor technique, I can tell you that. We did this with the rifle locked to a block.

If I place the sight on something, then move my head in any way, the sight is now off the target.

Then his department bought fake EOTECHS because the sight moves.

Reminds me of that old dnd epic spell gaze of God or something. Does a TON of damage, but also enough d6s against the user that usually results in a death.

That's a neat idea. Like a percentile to fail, but a small percent chance for it to succeed or blow up in your face.

He claims his back up sights and red dot are all zeroed together, but when I shoulder his rifle with the dot on and the sights flipped up, they dont align. I have to adjust my cheek weld to make everything line up again.

It doesnt work out for everybody unfortunately, which makes sense because open relationships are HARD. A very good friend of mine has been happily married for 6 years and together for 8 or 9 and they are successfully in an open relationship. Boundaries/rules/etc. were set and they are the happiest couple I know.
