Try to get a 9070XT and a 750W PSU. If you go over budget by going to the 9070XT check if you can make it by taking an IPS panel rather than a mini-led panel. Upgrading ram right now is very expensive so unless you need the extra ram hold off on upgrading ram

I looked for weeks for one at my local flea market. Found one 3 weeks ago for 65€ cause the left shoulder was busted, fixed it and I've been playing with it since. Now custom water cooling loops will increase it to a 8/10 to even a 9/10 from the vids I've seen (although I've never tried one myself)
