A lot of your value comes from forcing the enemy to focus on you. Your team have to capitalize on that, and if they don't, her value drastically goes down.

You shouldn't just go in and kill yourself all the time. If you see an opportunity, sure, take it. You get back from spawn faster than they do. But you can also make your presence known and apply pressure to their backline, disengage, help your tank, chip them with projected edge from random angles. Stall on rooftops like Doomfist and drop down on people with a downswing while keeping all your cooldowns. You can be a real menace if you get good at moving and positioning with her without even killing people outright.

That is not what happened with Kyle. He drove to a car dealership that rioters had previously tried to burn down and was given a registered firearm which he was legally allowed to carry in the state when he arrived. (I don't think it SHOULD be legal, but it is so whatever)

In the first instance, he was chased by a white felon after interfering with the fire he was lighting in the carpark of the same car dealership, and shot the guy after he threw a bag of groceries and ran at him screaming "shoot me nigga", then reached for his gun

The second instance he was running to the established police line to turn himself in and was hit in the back of the head by a white felon then shot him from the ground while he was being hit and kicked

Third instance he shredded another white person's arm while still on the ground after they pointed their gun at him. The protestors gun happened to be an unregistered firearm that they brought across state lines to a protest.

He then tried to turn himself in and was told to leave

All of this is on multiple videos from multiple angles, including CCTV and has been testified to in court.
