And scoring in speaker was less interesting than watching like scoring in upper hub from rapid react. Specifically for the audience, because it was kinda hard to notice those fast shots into the speaker. Amp was a little more interesting though.

Just in the sense that the game has been following the “putting object in goal” formula for a while now, which works, but I wish they would switch it up a little like recycle rush.

True, I just think it wasn’t very interesting to watch. Compare it to Rapid React, and climbing to the traversal was much more of a spectacle than trap.

True, just not worth it for certain teams with less experience. Most people at SFR didn’t do it, and were very successful in their ranking. You have a point though

Tbh didn’t really like this year’s game. The scoring was a little boring, the endgame climbing was easy (unlike rapid react), and trap was kinda useless to focus on.

I hope they do something a little more creative. My favorite games from the past have been things like recycle rush and steamworks where there’s a lot more interesting gameplay with something other than simply scoring objects in a goal.

This isn’t to say that I didn’t enjoy the season. I love FRC. No matter the game.

Ok yeah, its definitely the lighting for me. I was just writing an essay, and randomly turned the lighting back on, and it started lagging and the letter I had pressed just kept repeating, but when I turned off the lighting, it went back to normal. This is fine for me because I honestly think it looks better without lighting, but still kind of an essential feature that shouldn't have bugs, but whatever. Turn off lighting effects.

I just have an issue where the key presses get really laggy randomly sometimes, and its been fine so far as long as I just unplug my keyboard and plug it back in. One thing to try might be to turn off lighting effects? I'm not certain the two are correlated, but the lighting effects are off right now and I'm typing this fine. Love the keyboard otherwise. Great value.

I found all the tabs on jazzguitaronline.com and saved them to my files on my phone. Then I just used a bunch of “choose from menu” blocks in shortcuts and “file” + “quick look” for each tab. Although it did get a little glitchy after trying to add more extensions, and at a point it started rearranging my “code”.

Z makes more sense because from 2D (X, Y), we want to add depth by height right? You want to think of the XY plane as the sort-of floor plan, and by adding the 3rd dimension, you pull up to make the 2D drawing real.

You can also think of it like this: as people we can sort of naturally be simplified to a vertical line pointing up, and the ground is a 2D plane. Now in this scenario there are two axis that create the ground plane, and one axis that stands out from the other two which creates the vertical line representing you. I think a lot of the reason the vertical axis can be distinguished from the other two, is because gravity. Like I don’t think you could really distinguish the two directions on the ground from each other, but you always be able to know the way up because of our inner ear.

I love seeing artificial parallax on an orthographic. It feels like it shouldn’t work, but it actually looks cool.

The future is on your face. with this technology, you have to physically lift your hand, and you get a small, low quality image projected on your hand. Its stupid. The point of AR/VR is that visuals can take up your entire vision, providing a more immersive experience, and reducing any kind of eye fatigue you get from staring at a small, two-dimensional screen. developers can also take advantage of providing different images to each eye to give depth to things, enabling a sort-of sixth sense that technology hasn't been able to access in the past.
