A VPN is relatively DIRT CHEAP considering the reasonable (i.e. NOT Perfect) decent privacy it affords. Around $180 USD per YEAR for a worthy VPN version.

SOLVED [ perhaps :-) ] A) opened case, blew out collected dust, re-seated RAM ( 2 X 4 GB), unit came on without the 2 AMBER, SPACE, 7 AMBER error code but monitor video screen would not reconnect to Display port, Changed to different HDMI cable then all is good. The likely culprit was re-seating the RAM as I do not foresee the video cable causing the original solid BOOT UP issue. Thanks again everyone. :-)
