Looks good! Some things have been pointed out already, however just in case. When the spy grabs the C4(?) near the end, it seems unusually bright. Might be bloom, or something along those lines.

Looks to be motion blur. Either make the setting high (right click viewport Render Setting-->Motion blur) or disable it (same process, just uncheck the box for motion blur_

Depends on what you are using. If you are using lights (not world lights), make sure that if it is close, that it is not to bright. I'd suggest looking up a few lighting tutorials on youtube.

It might be your computer battery. Does it happen with other games? Also you can DM as to not keep this active.

It may sound weird, but might be a power problem. Also you can resort to verify the files. Make sure to save any custom files you put in there.
